• GEOFFREY (6/5): Good views. Needs some attention for the price. - Great views and quiet but still walking distance from centre. Kitchen good. noise from the water system was constant and annoying from the Hot water and Hot water was often not available. No clear explanation of WIFI. Lighting was poor and the place needed some TLC for the price. no TV.
• Maria (4/5): ok men inte helt nöjd - Fräscht renoverat badrum. Vid kontakt med GuestReady så hade de snabb återkoppling. Läget var bra. Fin utsikt. Det framgick inte vid bokning att nyckeln skulle hämtas på annat håll, flera kvarter bort. Även lämnas på annat ställe. Krånglade till vår transfer. Det var inte ordentligt städat, ofräscht. Handtagen i köket var kladdiga, ugnens plåt smutsig. Varmvattnet behövde sättas på - fick ingen instruktion kring detta. Hitta sen en timer i en garderob. Spishällen fungerade först dagen sen trasig - byttes ut efter lång konversation - vad har vi med detta att göra?! - tog tre dagar = vi kunde inte laga mat. Ingen kompensation. Hyr ju lägenhet för att kunna laga mat. Dubbeltäcken - svårt att dela säng när man inte vill dela täcke... Bäddsoffan gick inte att sova i saknade bäddmadrass.
• Heather (5/5): The place is nice but there are issues that make it not so good especially cleanliness - The upper floor was beautiful but dirty The cleanliness was awful the upstairs still had bottle caps on the floor a clear sign it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for the pull out couch to be set up for my daughter and it wasn’t when we opened the couch the mattress cover was filthy dirty would you like to sleep on that? The duvets in the room were covered however they slide out of the cover and the duvet underneath was extremely filthy you could see sweat stain all over it. The pick up key was told to pick up in one place in the beginning and then changed the day of and was changed so we went with 7 suitcases to the wrong spot then told to be picked up at a hostel so paid an extra $20 euros to get another taxi and when you return the key it’s also returned to the same hostel both these locations are extremely far away from the millennium tower very inconvenient! We had trouble with the hot water the first day as well apparently there is a timer in the closet that needs to be reset every time so you have hot water the first day we had freezing old showers they should explain how this system works. When we left there was a man waiting outside our apartment at 9:45 waiting for us to leave not attractive as we were leaving! Check out time is 10am. Just to name a few things
• GIANFRANCO (9/5): - Appartamento di costruzione recente, in posizione centrale nel nuovo quartiere del Grand Canal e dei Docks. Molto bella la vista dal terrazzo all'ultimo piano Mancava una tv. Il WC ha avuto dei problemi, ma il proprietario ci ha inviato un idraulico in tempi brevi. Sarebbe comodo un secondo bagno
• Lin (10/5): Modern flat with amazing views - The place was large and near the theatre. The view was amazing. Had to pick up and drop the keys at spa which was about 10mins walk away.
• Robert (7/5): Dublin is Fun and location was nice to be outside a little city downtown area. - Location was fine as stores and train station and bus lines and restaurants all close. Nice to see Dublin from tall building. Lists KING BEDS. INCORRECT. they are queens...water system noisy all night and was not corrected or fixed. deferred fix maintenance. Long walk to collect keys
• Antonio (2/5): Außen "Hui", Innen "Pfui" - Ungepflegte Wohnung, Schmutz überall - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht sind sehr sehr gut. Alle Informationen zur Anreise, bis zur Wohnung waren sehr detailliert und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und macht überhaupt nicht mehr den Eindruck, den man aus den Fotos erhält. Sie ist ungepflegt. Schmutzige Bettwäsche, überall steht irgend ein Kram herum (Krücken, Baumaterial, Kartons, alte Lampen, Gasflaschen, Kabel), verdreckte Teppiche von ausgelaufener Waschmaschine, abgelöste und aufgequollene Schrankverkleidungen, ungepflegter und vermooster Balkon und Terrasse, Kippen auf dem Balkon, Sprung in der Fensterscheibe, zerrissene Fußmatten, beschlagene, verschmutzte Fenster, defekte Oberlichtersteuerung. Das Gästebett (Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer) ist viel zu dünn und zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Die Schlüsselübergabe-Station ist zu weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Man muss dann mit Gepäck nochmal ein Taxi zur Wohnung nehmen, weil sie nicht fußläufig liegt.
