• Markus (6/5): Good location and nice bedrooms, but cleanliness issues, lack of basic facilities, safety concerns, and an unwelcoming b - The location was good, and we liked the décor, the spacious bedrooms, and the soundproof doors, which made the apartment quiet. The any time check in option was very pleasant. The host was very responsive. The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was dirty water left in the washing machine, the toilet bin had not been emptied, and the kitchen curtains were dirty. The kitchen was poorly equipped: not enough cutlery, rusty knives, no chopping board, a dirty toaster, and an unclean coffee machine. There were also no extra beddings or towels for a family of four. The apartment is not family-friendly, as there were no child safety locks, which is especially concerning given how high the building is. We arrived on 24 December when shops in Germany were closed, and although the host knew we were travelling with children, no basic supplies were provided. The building entrance was also unpleasant, with graffiti on the door and dirty bins outside.
