- Guest (10/5): Very nice apartment - Very big apartment with separate living and sleeping areas and all amenities included for cooking. Area can be noisy at times due to nearby parking building
- Jordyn (9/5): Superb - Overall, a lovely little unit located a couple of streets back from the Terrigal Esplanade. Has private parking beneath the building, great for a 1-car getaway. The bed is very comfortable, and has lots of pillow options to choose from. A night-light is included in the bathroom to find your way around, which is useful because the blackout curtains work quite well. The oven has multiple functions, which makes cooking pretty accessible, and cookware and utensils are all provided. There's even ice trays! Aircon, TV and wifi are both good as well. There were a few inconsistencies between Booking.com info and info given by Accom: 1. Only half of the payment was taken out of my account, and I was expected to pay the other half via email link. I don't believe this is mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com end. 2. In the leadup to the stay, I received conflicting info on whether the $1000 bond would be taken a week or 72h prior to the booking. Turns out, it was neither! It was processed on the day of the stay: specifically, when the pre-check-in was filled out. The other main thing is that the ventilation in the bathroom isn't fantastic, and as a result the towels began to smell a bit funky because they weren't drying properly. Good thing there is a washing machine, dryer, and detergent supplied! This was passed onto the staff upon check-out :)
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional - cant fault the location or apartment at all, on collection of the keys we were not told what apartment number and it isn't on the key, very minor problem in the long run. I would recommend anybody to stay here. Nothing you cant fault the apartment.
