• Morten (7/5): Dejlige dage i skønne København med ophold i god lejlighed tæt på alt. - Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på alle de mange seværdigheder. God og rumlig lejlighed. Fint udstyret køkken dog mangler der en termo kande til kaffen. Sovesofaen var hård og dårlig at sove på. Der kom vand ned fra lejligheden oven over så vi fik våde sko ude i entreen. Vi fik kløe (bid) i sengen og tænker om det kan være væggelus uden at vi så dem.
• Jelle (8/5): Fijn appartement en goede locatie! - Goede locatie en prima appartement. Zoeken naar het sleutelkastje. Dit kunnen ze echt nog beter uitleggen dan ze in de berichten naar ons hebben gedaan. Parkeren hebben wij in één parkeergarage gedaan.
• Giulia (8/5): Piccola chicca in centro a Copenaghen - Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito , in posizione strategica e conveniente per i pezzi della cittá. Staff disponibile e veloce nelle risposte Unica nota "negativa" un po il bagno, che purtroppo si bagna tutto ogni volta che ci si fa la doccia, consiglierei di cercare un soluzione per migliorare.

• Robert (3/5): Do Not Rent! - Location Key access was EXTREMELY frustrating and once the key box was located it took 10 minutes to unlock the box. Black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain - WE CHOSE NOT TO USE THE SHOWER. Had to wash two cooking pans before using because of food stuck to the bottom. There was NO dishwashing soap!

• Semiha (9/5): - Çok merkeziydi,gitmek istediğimiz her yere yürüdük (10 -40 dk), ayrıca metro dibindeydi (havaalanı gidiş geliş kolaydı.) Mutfak makzemeleri yeterliydi Bulaşık makinesi yoktu.

Zastrzeżenia co do zachowania personelu, brak udostępnia kluczy do lokalu w tym około godziny czekania, aż finalnie dostaniemy klucze i wejdziemy do obiektu. Również czystość łazienki podlega wątpliwości (całkowicie stara i brudna kurtyna prysznicowa).

• Jan (8/5): - Bezvadnná lokace. Příjemná a rychlá reakce na cokoliv. Docela dobře vybavené. Systém na záchodě a sprše - odtok doprostřed koupelny a tudíž stále mokré nohy při záchodu nebo u umyvadla.
• Ulrike (8/5): Top Lage und sehr gemütlich! - Ein gemütliches Appartement in außergewöhnlicher Lage, direkt an der Marmorkirche. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Metrostation in der Nähe. Vieles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen, zentral und doch ruhig in einem Hinterhofgebäude gelegen. Durch die alte Bauweise waren die Schritte der Mieter in der oberen Wohnung sehr laut zu hören. Und bei einer Belegung mit 3 oder 4 Personen wäre mehr Stauraum/Ablagefläche von Vorteil. Für einen Kurztrip aber völlig in Ordnung. .

• Lucia (10/5): Your next place to stay in Copenhagen 🌹 - The host send all the information a week before our trip, everything was super clear and understandable 💚 The apartment is nice, with all the equipment needed to cook and to live for couple of months even. The sofa was super comfortable as well to sleep, and the room cozy and nice. Only think I would add is one more ventilator because in the summer is really hot! But the good thing is that in the living room you have a lot of windows you can open to ventilate a get a fresh air. Thank you for everything! Would definitely repeat

Very modern, spacious and comfortable. No elevators and wet-room bathroom takes some getting used to, but nothing serious.

It was well decorated and super comfortable!!! Everything was great, maybe just some things to improve like having a dish rack to dry the dishes once they were washed and dish soap!

Well equipped apartment! We had a great time with my family. The bathroom was a little bit too small and the shower was strange.

The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and it is very spacious allowing us to comfortably enjoy 3 nights here. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here! The shower/toilet is connected and you need to squeegee the floor after each shower.
• Samantha (8/5): Very good - The room and lounge room were lovely and spacious for two. The kitchen and dining space were good. It was the perfect location, very close to the metro and city centre. The smell of the shower was foul and the water flooded across the entire bathroom floor. We only showered first thing in the morning or late at night so it could drain and dry. We had to close the doors all the time due to the smell. The keys were a bit hard to find, especially late at night.

• Alessia (6/5): Pleasant - The only positive aspect was the position of the flat. Close to all main sites and just across Marmorkirken metro stop. Absolutely unsafe. You enter the main gates with codes however most of the time remain open. They remain open because the codes provided to.open work 1 time out of 10. We remained blocked both inside and out several times. I contacted the service center several times and they insisted they were fine....not clean, the staircase stunk. Finally the toilette. I had read the terribile assessments and confirm it is redicoulous. When you shower the micro toilet entirely floods. The sink is really small.

No shelves for storage and also no hooks for towels inside. Water pools around the sink and toilet area after you shower and the only way to remove the water is if you manually sweep it towards the drain.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - location is great, 5 min from Nyhaven. Cute place! The bathroom is a toilet with a shower curtain, you flood it while you shower. Should be renovated.
• Riccardo (3/5): Negative experience - The location of the apartment is excellent. The living room and bedroom correspond to the photos and are suitable for a couple with a child. The wifi worked well Unfortunately the apartment has a bathroom which is not accessible. When you take a shower the floor fills with high water (see photo). After showering for several hours, if you want to use the toilet you need to take off your socks and immerse your feet in the water. In the bathroom there are signs of mold on the sink and shower curtain; while the mirror is broken (see photo) Frankly, something like this has never happened to me. The kitchen is missing essential things such as a dish drainer. The non-stick pan is unusable because it is scratched The access staircase to the condominium is used to store the necessary items for cleaning and changing linen. Towels, bags of dirty laundry etc. deposited on the ground along the staircase they immediately give an idea of ​​little care given to the place I asked to checkin 3 hours earlier (1 pm) and was asked for 499 kr. I think 66 euros is too much for 3 hours in advance but I had to accept because my son was not well. The check-in information arrived after the scheduled 1pm and following phone calls and request messages sent to the managers
• Jess (7/5): Wonderful apartment but needs some attention - Amazing location Quiet and off street Warm Clean Cosy bedroom and sofa area Lovely apartment Comfortable bed Lovely blankets in living area Excellent wifi Good customer service We really did enjoy our trip to Copenhagen but feel disappointed that after so many reviews noting the negatives about the apartment nothing appears to have been done. It is a great apartment and wouldn't cost an enormous amount to rectify the issues. The bathroom was actually horrible, at the very least a new shower curtain would be an easy fix as it is black, yellow and stiff. It's a cold & unpleasant room. The bathroom needs to be sorted! There were a number of other minor issues relating to lighting, dangerous plug socket, damaged curtains, squeaky floorboards. I did contact Nest with all my feedback and hope they take it on board and take action to resolve these issues. I received a full response back very quickly which was appreciated.

• Sue (9/5): Fabulous flat, great location, excellent communication! - The location is fantastic and it’s off the street and really quiet. It it an old school traditional Danish flat so the bathroom and toilet are combined and tiny - which we were fine with. Definitely time for a new shower curtain though!

• Ionut-dumitru (10/5): Great location, warm and comfortable! - The apartment is in the heart of the city, we were able to reach two christmas markets, a huge commercial area, a port, an amusement park, the queen residence, several caffees and supermarkets and two metro stations, one going directly to the airport, all by foot. Great deal! I'd be great they focus more on cleaning the bedding and replace them once they turn old because they looked tarnished.

• Akashsol (8/5): Excellent Apartment - The apartment was spacious and exactly what you need for a weekend away! I must say, probably not ideal for young walkers as the apartment isn't quite baby proofed however for the closeness of the apartment to the centre and pretty much a lot of other things, it's worth it. 1st floor apartment, only a spiral staircase available.
• Jaime (6/5): We walked everywhere from our location. - The location was amazing and can't be beat. We we're very pleased with the location. The shower curtain had black mould. The window curtains were all broken and hangin off the ceiling. The toilet seat was broken and not properly secured on. The bedside lamps didn't work because the power cord was broken and ripped out of the wall. Had to replace and change it with another one from the living room. Bedside lamp was unfastened and hanging off the wall. Had to use a kitchen knife to install it myself. No complementary dish soap. Had to go out and buy a full supply of dish soap to wash a few dishes. No complementary laundry detergent. Had to go out and buy a full supply of laundry detergent to do one load of laundry.
