• Richard (5/5): Great beachfront location but several maintenance issues - Beachfront location. Nicely decorated. There were several maintenance issues. The living room curtain was stuck and main bedroom curtain would not raise correctly. Someone did fix the living room curtain shortly after we reported it, but the bedroom still did not close properly. The air conditioner and fan remotes in the main bedroom did not work. We reported it but was never repaired. The bathroom faucet was loose. The toilet did not flush well the day before we left, and no one responded to my message about it. Also, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

While the location is fantastic and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, the cleanliness and amenities were a major disappointment. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We found dirty, stained towels and a noticeable smell of sewage in the bathroom. There were also small flies in the kitchen and the balcony was covered in sand. The lack of basic amenities was also shocking; we were only provided with a single bar of soap and two half-empty rolls of toilet paper. After contacting the host, they did replace the towels on the same day, which was helpful. However, regarding the lack of toiletries, we were told we had to buy our own, despite the listing on Booking.com stating that all essentials would be provided. On a positive note, the apartment's location is its biggest strength. It's very close to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony is incredible. The air conditioning in every room was also a welcome feature. In summary, the apartment's prime location and great view are unfortunately overshadowed by a significant lack of cleanliness and poor amenities
