The location is nesttled in a busy street but as soon as you enter the property, it feels like your own oasis as you cannot hear anything from the busy street. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It wasn’t very light. We never figured out the steam room and the agent couldn’t explain it.
- Natalier (10/5): Exceptional - The place is exceptional! The location is perfect. We are a family of 4 (2 kids). There are at least 3 gelato stores on the street and every sight we wanted to visit is no further than 10 minutes walk. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. The laundry room is a big bonus! And the garden was an awesome place to relax! The shower was also a huge bonus point!!! The best place I've booked for our Italian trip! Also there is a huge entrance way to store strollers or bikes! And no stairs for travellers with kids Everything was perfect!
- Margarita (2/5): Do not recommend, stay somewhere else! - The location is great, in the middle of Florence, and quiet. The apartment is nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped. The court yard is nice and quiet. The reason I would not recommend this place is the management and communication with the owner. It took several emails and messages to get a reply regarding the reembursement of the deposit. I dont believe we would have gotten it back, if we hadnt insisted as much. That is not ok. The communcation is awful. After booking you recieve five messages with different instructions. They insist on one paying through their own system instead of booking. This made me quite unconfortable. The check in is very complicated. After having to call before arriving, we still had to wait almost an hour until someone came to let us in. Then, they welcomed us with a very long and complicated contract. We did not agree on giving them permission to charge our card for any given reason, which was a problem. The man who let us in threatened to throw us out and not give us the key. Luckely his coworker on the phone was understanding and we managed to make an agreement. They charge a deposit of 300 euros, which, as mentioned, was only reembursed after us insiting a lot. This is all very unfortunate, sice the apartment is actually quite nice, but not worth the hassle when all you want is enjoy a couple of days in Florence. Do not recommend!
