Absolutely stunning and everything you can possibly need for a wonderful stay. Beautifully presented, week equipped kitchen, extremely clean and many books and children’s toys. Back bedroom bed very comfortable ( only one we used. ) Perfectly positioned for walking to Leura shops & cafes or for heading out on mountain walks. Garden completely enclosed so would be safe for children. Fly screens need reattaching- unable to open the windows in the evenings to let a breeze in. Gates are difficult to open unless you are over 170cm tall- I could reach over for the latch but my wife couldn’t. Rain shower heads are lovely but too close to the taps - wife bruised her arm on the tap.
• Tanya (2/5): Disappointing and did not live up to expectations or what they advertised - The location The door of the fireplace was broken so we couldn't use it. This was the main reason we booked the house so we could have a working fire, jodie said she would look into compensating me for this major issue, but I have not heard from her in the past 2 weeks. This is a disgusting and unprofessional way to run a property, we paid for a service and we didn't get what we paid for and to be togally ignored afterwards is so disrespectful.

• Cathy (10/5): Wonderful Winter Escape in cute cosy cottage with a beautiful fireplace - Beautiful house , very spacious, tastefully decorated , exceptionally clean, cosy warm & everything has been thought of. Great location to Leura Mall & the many walking trails Loved the central heating although took a while to get used it turning on & off ….Kitchen well equiped, Fireplace was fantastic & loved the 2 separate lounge rooms. Single beds in front room a little too firm …suggest maybe a topper to soften
• Margaret (10/5): Our stay was exceptional, the most beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. Easy access to the cliff top walk, wentwort - Immaculate, tastefully decorated, , cosy ambiance but plenty of space. Clean and modern facilities with charm and character. A sliding door between main bedroom and ensuite also would enable front twin room to use that ensuite bathroom without disturbing occupants as a secondary option to main bathroom. Just a practical suggestion to give even more flexibility. Also would be a nice touch to leave more, tea bags, coffee pods and milk and enough wood for the fire for duration of stay. A bottle of local wine or any local produce ( bakery 3 mins away - ) with a welcome card would just make it a really warm perfect welcome.

It’s got everything we need. Main bedroom shower is either very hot 🔥 or very cold 🥶. Can’t set the desired temperature at all.

• Tadhg (10/5): Magnificent space that allows - This was one of the best bookings we have ever made. It was beautifully presented … ideally located with the most comfortable spaces - living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing - simply amazing! Nothing - it was wonderful!
• Michael (10/5): The best property to stay in at in the Blue Mountains - Everything, the best house we have stayed in! The owner obviously has excellent taste and uses the property as their holiday home. Just perfect sums up the house and experience highly highly recommend this house. The property management company is also excellent and accommodating. I cannot find anything wrong with the house or the whole experience. Just perfect from the amenities, to the beds to the cleanliness etc.

• Trudy (10/5): Fantastic Property Wonderful Place to Stay - We all thought the accomodation was fantastic. Clean, well furnished, comfortable and well equipped. It is a really beautiful house The location could not be better 10 mins walk to Leura. Leura has great restaurants, a supermarket and shopping. You are also so close to the 3 Sisters and Scenic World. It is a magical place to visit. I can't think of anything. Itvis an exceptional property. Everything is well planned and thought out.
• Hannah (9/5): perfect getaway - close to the shops and sights. everything you could need in the house for all ages. we planned to do a lot more sight seeing but found that we preferred to hang out the house instead the bed in the front room was too firm for us, but that is just a personal preference

• Joe (10/5): Fantastic house a few minutes from Leura Mall - A fantastic house with great living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms was great too. The wifi played up a lot so we couldn’t use it most of the time but phone signal was good so that wasn’t really a problem.

We loved the property and would happily recommend it and stay again if in the region at a later date. Nothing, it was perfect. We very much enjoyed being so close to all the wonderful bush walks and lookouts
• Belinda (10/5): A perfect cottage with everything supplied , just bring yourself and your food then RELAX - This large cottage was so welcoming and warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends . The furniture was comfortable. The decor was spectacular. It was very quiet and a very short walk to the Leura Village and restaurants . We loved the sunken lounge area where you could relax and talk and watch tv. The kitchen is set up perfectly and contains everything you need . We will definitely be back for next year Nothing to not like

The character of this period property has been carefully preserved, with elegant modern updates to make our visit warm and comfortable. Thoughtful additions made our stay feel homely and really special.
• Cathy (10/5): Good , but will change it to perfect when my $80 is refunded. - Everything. Originally 5 people were staying & the price was $1989. I notified booking . com that only 4 were staying. I was told that I would be deducted $80 for 1 less guest . I was still charged $1989 .
