• Kaethe (4/5): - The location was excellent and check in was easy. İt was spacious enough that we were comfortable with three people. The toilet room was clean. The apartment was not well cleaned. The shower room was not cleaned well, and there was an issue with the room not being cleaned before check in. The host also does not provide enough basic household items to be comfortable. There were no handtowels or bathmat, for example, and even the basic dishware wasnt practical. The curtains are too short to block out light from outside so it was very bright in the room at night.

One of the beds had slats that kept falling off frame and mattress would fall. We reset them several times. Contacted owner to fix properly and replace the slats and they told us to fix it ourselves. After advising we had already done so and asking again if someone could take a look at it, the owner didn't respond and never came to fix it. Couldn't use the bed at all for 3 nights. Not cleaned well, just surface clean.

Il se situe à seulement 2 à 3 minutes à pied d’un 7-Eleven, à 10 minutes d’une boulangerie et de la station de métro, et à environ 20 minutes à pied de Shibuya Crossing. Franchement, l’emplacement est vraiment pratique. Bon emplacement, mais gros points négatifs. Le ménage laissait clairement à désirer : poussière, sol sale (chaussettes sales après quelques heures). Le pire reste le lit du bas, complètement défectueux : les lattes ne tiennent pas et le lit s’effondre. Je me suis retrouvé plusieurs fois par terre. Malgré un signalement dès le début, aucune vraie solution n’a été apportée. Je suis resté comme ça tout le séjour. Décevant. 😤
• Dobritoiu (4/5): Disappointing..... - We have booked this apartment because we ned a large space for myself and my family. The space in the rooms is not narrow, is enought for the time we spend inside the doors. This 2 bed apartment really did not meet our expectation and was not worth it for the money we spent. The beds been so uncomfortable and the mattress, all the springs are poking on your back when you are turning on the bed. The bed timber come away from the bed base, which was absolutely socking and ruin our stay. My husband was fixing the bed each night before sleeping, but the anxiety and stress was so high. (I will attach some pictures with the bed base) Moving forward, the smell of mould in the apartment is absolutely disgusting and can affect your health. The fan in the bathroom was set to work 24/7h/day which was really noisy and we not been able to sleep and rest properly. We not been able to use the towels because they had a bad smell. We did used the towels on our arrivel, we did not have a choice, but after we went out and bought new bath towels. The mould in the apartment was spread on the blinds, window seals, bathroom. We didn't used the washing machine for the simple fact that was so dirty and full of hair left from the previous renters. This apartment needs a good air purifier and a dehumidifier. The wifi was not working not even for a second. I hope that my review is going to help others.

The property team accepted that they have wrongly booked (only saving grace) and our appt is given to someone else!!! With 2 kids and rain and no place to stay, was a very bad experience. Ended up paying 2x the price for a last minute hotel. And booking.com really has no customer service, didnt get any human response, no assurance. No penalty, the refund came 10 days later. But no apologies/ what can we do to help you mail.

Ansprechpartner hat uns zwar nicht geholfen aber hat zeitnah zurückgeschrieben Schimmel im Bad! Lattenrost nicht in Ordnung( Bett ist 3 mal zusammengekracht) Schimmel an den Gardinen ! Wasser floss in der Badewanne nicht ab! Nicht sauber.

The host responded very quickly to my questions, the apartment is easy to find and entry - Loved the location and the updated interior… The beds were very hard. My husband made a makeshift mattress cover with the bed insert because they’re quite hard. The kids didn’t care, but us adults do need some sort of cushioning.

We didn't stay at the property because we had booked for 2 bedrooms and there was only one bedroom in the suite. Landlord was not available when phoned. Apart from that there was not sufficient kitchen equipment for even 2 people - no cups, no knives.

Where to begin: - No hand towels despite requesting them to the host - Only one key despite asking for two (4 people staying), having to leave the key in the mailbox. - The bathroom ventilation sounds like a jet engine taking off, permanently. 0 instructions on how to turn it off. - 0 amenities provided, except a hairdryer and one body towel per person. - Pillows were tiny and flat. Bigger pillows in closet were provided without a pillowcase - The WiFi was AWFUL. 10 Mbit if you were lucky. And good luck if more than one person is using it.

• Pavel (1/5): Найдите любой другой отель - Уехал на сутки раньше что бы поспать в нормальном отеле перед отлетом. До метро 10 мин пешком. До Шибуи 15 мин. Полное разочарование. Место расположения - во дворах, на горе, без подсветки. Такси с трудом находят даже по карте. Сам «отель», скорее хостел, дом в три этажа на два входа с очень узкой лестницей (подняться с чемоданом на третий этаж тот еще квест). Шумоизоляции не существует, соседи сверху/снизу/сбоку будут орать всю ночь. Сам номер в два этажа с микро коридором. Кровати это ужас. Пружиные матрасы не первой свежести (видел на улице как сушили из соседней комнаты матрас весь в черной плесени). Неужели сложно пойти в ИКЕА и купить новый недорогой матрас!? По всему номеру волосы, буд то не убирали вовсе, под кроватью мусор от прошлых жильцов! Стол ходит ходуном и разваливается, что бы позавтракать надо тащить все на второй этаж (там стол) так как на 1 этаже места нет. Кровать скрипит при каждом шевелении. Жили вчетвером неделю, было предоставлено всего 4 полотенца для рук без смены. Стиральная машина не сушит, все указатели на японском, розетки 110вольт. При постоянно высокой влажности в Токио ничего не сохнет два дня, приходится включать кондиционер на обогрев иначе по стенам течет конденсат. Не смотря на 2 этажа, места очень мало.

In 10 Minuten erreicht man die nächste Bahnstation zu Fuß. Die Betten waren bequem, zu zweit etwas eng aber möglich. Es war alles sauber. Leider war das Wlan sehr schlecht. Ich hatte in den Bewertungen vorher schon etwas rauslesen können und muss dieses bestätigen. Scheint schon ein länger herrschendes Problem zu sein..

No one ever responded to our complaints about the apartment’s condition. We eventually managed to get a refund for one night, but the overall experience was absolutely awful. To make things worse, Booking’s support was useless in helping us solve the problem. Honestly, don’t use Booking to book apartments — this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Large comfy table. There was no mosquito screen for some reason, so opening the window was a risk. Also there was no possibility to dry washed clothes. Providing some clothespins/small rack would be great. Also: it could be just a tiny bit cleaner: there were signs of mold on the bathroom silicone.

• Justin (1/5): Charmless, smells like sewage, WiFi didn't work, uncomfortable mattresses, management unresponsive - The apartment was relatively clean, like all Japanese stays. The Wi-Fi constantly failed and cycled in and out on intervals of 45 seconds, requiring me to manually unplug the router and wait for it to boot up in order to get any work done. When informed of the problem, the host first promised that "maintenance staff" would come immediately to repair the issue. Three hours later, no one had come, so I checked in again and was the host promised they were "on their way." No one came after another hour, so I checked in with the host again, and let them know that if the issue could not be resolved, that I would be forced to check out and find a different stay, where the Internet functioned, because I was on a business trip with time sensitive tasks that I had booked the apartment in order to complete, and that I would need a refund. The host ignored my request for a refund and told me the issue was "an area-wide Internet outage" and claimed nothing could be done. I asked the neighbors in the building if their Internet service was out and they reported theirs was working fine. The Internet was also working fine at local coffee shops Little Nap and Callas, which are each less than 100 meters away. Also, the fact that the issue could be resolved (briefly) by unplugging and plugging back in the router to cycle, confirms that the issue was the local equipment. The bed mattress was the lowest quality mattress I have ever slept in in Japan. I could feel the individual springs and woke up with an awful back ache. The apartment furniture is just two cheap bed frames with mattresses shoved into what should be a single bedroom loft, with no couch or chairs other than a cheap plastic IKEA dining table and chairs. No toiletries are provided. The bathroom and shower ventilation is extremely loud and cannot be turned off. The hot water heater is set to a low temperature that cannot be overridden and set higher. Expect lukewarm showers. The shower and laundry room constantly smells like sewage

Property matched my expectation but please note not suitable for travellers unable to do tight flights of stairs or those that wish to have privacy between the two beds as it's an open space.

La camera era molto pulita ed accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort. La lavatrice ci ha salvato la vacanza. È posizionata a pochi minuti dalla metro quindi è stato facile muoversi in tranquillità. Consigliatissimo, io tornerei sicuramente. Tutto perfetto, niente da dire.

AUCUNE EXCUSE sincères et AUCUN GESTE COMMERCIAL malgré plusieurs relances. Et booking.com n'a jamais proposé non plus de solution malgré plusieurs reclammations ça fait plus d un mois qu'on me répond que ma demande est transmise.

• Anudari (5/5): It is on the 4th floor - The room and the AC is what we liked the most because the hot weather in Tokyo is nothing to talk about. The AC was a lifesaver. Even though the location is not too far from downtown, the premise requires walking from both train and bus. When you are tired after a long day of walking around the city, the walk to home from the station and up 4 stories is not fun.
• Caro (8/5): - The unit is clean and well kept. Easy to locate and accessible by train. 7 eleven convenience store is near. Bathroom amenities is well stocked. Entry is easy and host is so fast to respond. While mattress is good but only 4 pillow is available. No iron and ironing board. No balcony to dry clothes. Plates and bowls are too small for other Asian or Westerners to use. We did not raise this to host as it doesn't bother us.
• Kayleen (10/5): Great space & location- near sites and a 7-11!! - It was located more within a residential neighborhood, so it provided an actual living situation. It was very roomy- no crowding. Bathroom and toilet were separate, which was helpful. Washing machine was a plus. It had a super convenient location if you are mobile. We walked a lot. It would have been a plus to have a dryer with the washing machine. We hung up clothes and used the provided blow dryer to dry rain-drenched clothing. I wasn’t aware of any type of heat available, & that would’ve been helpful as well.

• Stanislava (9/5): I would recommend this apartment. Good value for the price. - Great location, close to Shinjuku and Shibuya. New and nice apartment. Quiet neighbourhood with convenient stores and cafes. We also appreciated the opportunity to wash our clothes. Not enough place to put our clothes, etc. Beds are small, however if you are travelling with kids, it’s OK.
• Ying (6/5): Small clean apartment in great location with value price but beds could be improved. - Good price and great location. Yoyogi neighborhood is very cute and the walk to Shibuya is filled with cute cafes and restaurants! Bathroom facilities very clean. Washing machine was easy to use and came in handy! Aircon worked well and was cool. Bed mattress was old and not supportive (you can feel the springs) and should be replaced. Futon mattress had mold.

It was about a 7minute walk to the train sta - The property was a great decent size and it was a very convenient location! It was about a 7minute walk to the train station. And it was also about a 5min walk to a 7eleven so we walked to get coffee every morning. It also had a washing machine which came in handy. I would highly recommend this place & if we come back to Tokyo I would definitely rebook this place! There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property, everything was amazing!
