• Claus-Dieter (3/5): Wir waren Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht in der kalten Wohnung. - Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Ebenso der Fußboden (Fußbodenheizung). Wir mussten mit Pullover schlafen. Anscheinend hat es sich nicht gelohnt für eine Nacht zu heizen.
• BOHUNG (1/5): Overall everything is acceptable unless you have plenty of time looking for street parking and don’t need to communicate - It was quite spacious. It was quite cold inside, and we couldn’t find the heating controller. We tried to reach the host several times in many ways, but got NO reply at all.

• Ricarda (7/5): - Lage, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Einrichtung ausreichend und im großen und ganzem Sauber Vorbenützer haben schon einige Gebrauchsspuren hinterlassen. War recht kühl in der Wohnung - es gibt kein Raumthermostat - "geht automatisch" aber auf Sparflamme - mit Kindern nicht so günstig.
• Kaushik (10/5): - Wonderful stay, clean and beautiful place with a view onto Mountains. We visited the place with Family & Friends, we enjoyed the wonderful stay.
• Peggy (4/5): - Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Der Gastgeber wirkte unfreundlich, und der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung ist deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. An der Spülmaschine fehlt die Front, mehrere Stühle sind beschädigt und die Regale wackeln. Kissen und Decken rochen nicht frisch, und auch die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig – Wände, Duschabtrennung und Fenster waren nicht sauber. Die Vorhänge sind zu lang, wirken ungepflegt und schließen nicht richtig. Bei der Ankunft war der Geschirrspüler noch nicht ausgeräumt, und die Stühle standen auf dem Tisch. Auch das Sofa war nicht sauber, und die Kissen wiesen Flecken auf. Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt
• Sezer (1/5): RACIST landlord!!! RACIST!! RACIST!! RACIST!! RACIST!! Everyone be careful here !!! - Nothing!!! On the first day we entered the property, the landlord started insulting us because we couldn't find the code for the "house lock". When I address him on the phone, I say, "My friend." He says, "I'm not your friend." I say, "My brother." He says, "I'm not your brother." He keeps making insulting remarks. "You idiots, are you stupid? What's your problem? Read the messages I sent properly, the house codes are there," and so on... He kept saying insulting things. On the third day of our stay, the water in the house was cut off. Also, the hair dryer wasn't working. The house was very dirty. We didn't complain about anything. Finally, I asked when the water would be back on. He wrote me a stupid answer like, "If there's no water, it won't flow." I had to contact Booking customer service. After my complaint, Booking said, "We've moved your check-out date forward immediately and will refund the remaining two days' payment." Because our stay was for four days. That's when the real trouble started. The man started calling us and sending messages, making threats. "Get out of my house immediately." "I'm coming there with the police right now." "You are fraudsters." "Go back to your filthy country." He sent photos of camels. He behaved in an incredibly racist manner towards us. All of these are documented in WhatsApp messages on my phone. Throughout this process, Booking left us alone. It was the worst experience of my life. A company like Booking should not work with people like this. An act of blatant racism was committed against us. We are still reeling from the incident. I will never forget this...
• Filippo (7/5): - Appartamento molto accogliente per 4/6 persone. Non molto distante dal centro. La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita. L’unica cosa che mi viene da dire è il prezzo potrebbe essere un po’ più basso e non sarebbe male far trovare agli ospiti qualche bottiglietta d’acqua.

• Akash (8/5): Nice Short stay for families / groups at innsburck - The view from the property was nice and it had a nice terrace (though we didn't use it as the weather was chilly). The apartment was quite spacious and well suited for our family. Host communication could be better. The place is a little far from city center, but well connected by public transport. Some things in the apartment need a little bit of refurnishing.

• Judith (8/5): - Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, auch die Ausstattung hat uns überzeugt. Schließlich gab es sogar Weingläser, sodass unser gemeinsames Dinner wie geplant stattfinden konnte. Allerdings möchten wir erwähnen, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vor Anreise schwierig war. Auf die einfache Nachfrage, ob es Weingläser gibt, wurden wir aufgefordert, unsere Buchung zu stornieren, mit der Begründung, dass kein Alkoholkonsum erlaubt sei. Außerdem wurde eine Bemerkung gemacht, die wir als unfaire Unterstellung empfunden haben. Vor Ort war aber alles in Ordnung, und der Aufenthalt hat trotzdem gut funktioniert.

• David (8/5): Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, but not a great location. - The apartment was large, good facilities and a great view from the balcony. It was very hot (not A/C!), and noisy - the busy road was not great and the neighbours held a very loud party that was noy appreciated.
• Suraj (8/5): Budget stay for one night - It’s good for an overnight stay. Next to the road if you’re going through Innsbruck. Won’t stay longer than that. Very loud noise from street. You have to be lucky with street parking otherwise parking would be far from property
• Shangrong (5/5): Passable - Dear Booking Staff, Please take a look at the conversation I had with the host. He was rude, not responsive and even stopped responding. The wifi isn't working at all and the host don't even try to fix it.

• Matija (10/5): Exceptional - Big rooms with a lot of space. Well equipped. Clean. Easy to find. Great views. Recomended for any type of travel! Parking wasn't at the property but in the streets around it. Parking is free on the street. Luckily, we found 1 empty parking spot in the street behind the property, but I guess you could be out of luck depending on when you arrive.

Accidently parked somewhere I should not - did not block access to anything. The owner (?) of the parking place blocked our car and forced us to pay in cash 10 euro... reported to owner who was very harsh on me using unacceptable language. Very sad communication skills. My intention was ONLY to let them know it could happen to anyone who's arriving at night. 😞 There was no sign for no parking, no gate just a simple area where other cars also parked. Very disappointing...

• James (8/5): Good facilities, good location, easy free parking, easy key collection from lockbox. - We stayed one night before our flight home from innsbruck the next morning. Perfect location and great facilities. Car parking was easy and key collection from lockbox was easy and ideal as we arrived at 9pm. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult (but most sofa beds are!!). Sure kids would be fine on sofa beds (there are 2 of them).

The host was very useful and very quick to answer. Provided us with everything we had in mind and covered other enquiries. Allowed us to get in sooner. Would definitely return to this place.

• Shing (6/5): Okay - The beds are okay. They provides more than enough towels for us. Is street parking which Park at your own risks. There is no free parking as stated. There is no heater in the unit. There is no rack to hang washed clothes. Water heater is limited. Unable to cater 5person in bathroom. The last 2 person have to wait for the boiler to do the job.
• Monica (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - Th property seemed like a good stay but unfortunately was not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STAY FOR ANYONE! When we arrived there was no power. We checked the breaker box and everything was okay. When I messaged the host about not having electricity, they responded with “check the box next to the door.” I then went back to the breaker box to double check it and there was no issue. The power would not turn on. We tried multiple times to reach out to property manager and no response was given. We had driven hours to get there and were stuck in a dark apartment at night. We were unable to use anything !!!!! No charging phones, no WiFi, no light!! It was absolutely terrible service.
• Anastasiya (5/5): Passable - A clean, cozy apartment that is fully equipped. It was the worst experience with the host in terms of communication. The instructions for finding the apartment were unclear. There were two codes provided: one in a text message and another in a PDF from the host, both pointing to the same yellow box. After driving for five hours, I struggled to find the correct box and enter the code (there was no yellow box) . When I attempted to reach out to the host for assistance, I've got a communication in a very abbusive way both in writing and verbally. I believe that regardless of any misunderstandings, there is no justification for such a rude attitude.

• Danniela (9/5): Great apartment with stunning mountain views - Easy check-in, house is big with space for 6 people, Mountain View is stunning, fast internet, kitchen well equipped. Mattresses are not comfy, rooms are not black out dark.

• Ionescu (6/5): No parking. Warm. Noise. Bad bed - The apartment was very clean and spacious. The owner was not to our liking. Very expeditious and slightly naughty. Although it said that it has free parking......you had to find it somewhere around the apartment in the public space, and at the time we arrived home there was nothing free, so in conclusion the apartment does NOT have parking. It's just a lie for the customers. The apartment does not have air conditioning. It was very hot inside. It was absolutely mandatory to sleep with the windows open and naturally it was very noisy at night. So for us it was not a pleasant stay in the conditions that in the evening we could not find free parking and we left the car far from the apartment, it was very hot inside and very noisy.The beds for each person were very small and bulged up so you were afraid of falling out of bed during the night.
