• Lander (4/5): Facilities not as advertised, but great location - Location was perfect. We had a very bad experience with the host company. When we arrived, there were no bed linen and towels yet, and we noticed that the washing machine that was originally advertised was not there. We contacted the host about this immediately. They sent someone to take care of the bed linen and towels right away, no complaints at all there. As for the washing machine, the host first said there was one available in the building somewhere. This turned out to just not be true when we asked the building staff about it. When we pointed this out, the host changed their statement, and insisted the machine should be in the apartment after all when it clearly wasn't anywhere to be found. They said they would send someone to figure out what happened, but never did. Instead, without telling us anything, they changed the property description on the Booking website, removed the washing machine from the listed amenities and removed the picture of it on the advertisement. We didn't hear from them again after that. Since this is obviously a very shady reaction, we contacted Booking directly about it, but were notified that they couldn't reach an agreement with the host about the issue. So the host turned what should have been a small inconvenience into a very bad experience. We did appreciate being casually lied to, gaslit, and then ignored, when a simple honest answer would have solved everything.

• Marcela Ines (9/5): La mejor opció para disfrutar Bahía! - La ubicación es espectacular y el departamento muy cómodo, amplio, luminoso, con varios baños, las cámas cómodas, la cocina muy bien equipada. Tiene aire acondicionado en las piezas y es fresco. Muy buena opción para disfrutar bahía. Estuvo todo muy bien. Me gustó todo.
• Rosiane (10/5): Nos sentimos em casa. - A localização é perfeita, bem pertinho do Farol e dos principais pontos turísticos na região do Farol da Barra, o apartamento é muito espaçoso, bem confortável, tem ar condicionado em dois quartos, camas muito boas e tem todos os utensílios que precisamos. Passamos dias excelentes lá. Só a título de informação, a entrada principal do Condomínio fica na Avenida Sete de Setembro, 4347. Só sentimos falta de um ventilador na sala, mas nada que desabonasse a estadia.

• Malena (6/5): Amplio, cómodo, a mejorar. - Una ubicación espectacular, frente al mar. Amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para un grupo numeroso. Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento. Es una construcción antigua. Los chuveros funcionaban poco, uno sin agua caliente. Una habitación sin aire acondicionado.

• Yasmim (10/5): Simplesmente perfeito! - Amei 😍😍 Muito agradável, o edifício e a decoração no apto é excelente e me encantou bastante e a localização é maravilhosamente perfeita em frente ao farol da Barra. Limpeza excelente e muito bem organizado. O que me incomodou foi o fato da porta de um dos quartos não ter a chave para trancar, mas fora isso foi incrível e com toda certeza que eu voltarei mais vezes.

• ALBERT (10/5): Idéale pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. - Immeuble sécurisant , appartement décoré avec de beau tableau. Bien ventilé, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser la climatisation.
