• Natalia (10/5): This is a very big, clean, nice, and cozy apartment. - This is a very big, clean, nice, and cozy apartment which has everything you need for pleasant family stay. We got clear, detailed instructions on how to get in. The host is very kind and always ready to help guests: they allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time. The host’s hospitality is second to none, and their advice was incredibly helpful. There are 3 separate bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a large common room with a kitchen (including two sofas), and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub and toilet) in the apartment. All the beds are comfortable. Every room has blackout blinds, which was very important for us. The apartment layout is very convenient, with no walk-through rooms. The apartment has an air conditioning/heating system that heated the whole place very well in December (it was around +5 degrees outside). The kitchen is equipped with almost everything: a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. You can also find tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and different spices in the kitchen. Only a kettle was missing, so we used a pot to boil water (it wasn’t a problem, but a kettle would be a nice addition). The bathrooms are also great and very clean, stocked with shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. A washing machine (with detergent provided), drying rack, iron and a hairdryer are also available. The location is great: it's a safe, quiet neighbourhood. There’s a «Consum» supermarket right across the way and a fantastic bakery just across the street. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was very good, but to make the stay ideal, a kettle would be a nice addition. Also, the washing machine needs a deep clean, as there was a bit of a musty smell.
• Raquel (10/5): - Fuimos 7 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Teníamos intimidad a la vez que podíamos compartir espacio. Los dos baños completos y las 3 habitaciones independientes estuvieron genial. Relación calidad precio muy buena, y gran distancia al centro. Además, había un mercadona muy cerca y una pastelería buenísima. Siempre que necesitábamos algo lo teníamos sobre la marcha. Repetiría sin duda.
• dorleta (8/5): - Piso muy amplio, ideal para grupo/familias. Las diferentes habitaciones son grandes y tienen lo necesario para pasar unos días. un poco lejos del centro, pero tienes transporte público y transporte privado con el que llegas en poco tiempo.

• Stephanie (8/5): Für einen Familien-Weihnachtsurlaub sehr gut geeignet. - Sehr große Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Lage in einer Seitenstraße relativ ruhig. Leider gab es nur in einem Zimmer Gardinen. Die Wohnung ist im Hochparterre mit Gittern an allen Fenstern. Sichtschutz hat man nur mit heruntergelassen Rolläden. Für einen Stadturlaub geeignete Lage, aber nicht günstig, wenn Strandbesuche geplant sind.
• Fabio (9/5): Fantastico - Appartamento molto grande, confortevole e ben attrezzato a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, molto meno dalle fermate degli autobus quindi molto comodo per raggiungere il centro città. Check-in automatico con indicazioni precise ricevute via app, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e mangiare, le camere spaziose e i doppi servizi sicuramente rappresentano quel qualcosa in più che rende il soggiorno ancora più comodo. Sicuramente da consigliare Illuminazione un po' complicata da gestire, appartamento un po' buio in alcuni punti, ma è davvero un piccolo dettaglio

• András (9/5): - Tágas, tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman. Saját parkolóházban végül mégsem volt szabad hely, az utcán nehezen találtunk szabad parkolót, így nehéz volt a ki-és bepakolás. Szagelszívó nem működött.

• Joseph (8/5): Valencia gem - Excellent apartment located in quiet district of Valencia decor and facilities of a high standard, and the third bedroom was a big plus with three children , the two older children appreciating the extra space.. Host was extremely accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last moment due to a last minute family emergency - great value for money and would highly recommend. Only a minor issue but many nearby properties were unoccupied possibly due to the water caused by the winter flood. Howevet only a 15 minute walk to Ave de Cid Metro station so not a big issue. Apoartment facilities massively outweighed any minor disadvantage this might cause
• Tomasz (9/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment, good value for money - especially for families. - The apartment was large, with more than enough room for everyone. The number of bedrooms (3) was very important and good for us. Having two bathrooms was a great plus if you travel with family. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The capsule coffee maker was modern and of good quality. Some of the kitchen facilities, such as the electric kettle and the crouton maker, could have been improved and updated to be more modern. The beds were creaking and the mattresses could be of better quality.

The apartment is exactly as described - modern, clean, and very well maintained. The host was also very responsive and helpful and making check-in easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fridge, washing machine, dish washing machine, microwawe oven, kettle and everything in the kitchen. Hot water is very good and heater system working very well. Very good bakery cross over the street. Name is labroxeria. We had breakfast form there every morning. If we come again I would like to stay here. Thank you for all Hogar Moderna Wall clock isn’t working :))

Apartments in a safe and secure building and we loved the bakery across the street! Valencia was amazing!!! Beds were a little hard. Location was good but we had to uber to most attractions.

We will book again when we visit Valencia - It was clean and in excellent condition with a full functioning HVAC system. Great facilities and the host was brilliant. Lack of parking but that’s not uncommon in Valencia. There are parking spots around the area with both paid and free spaces.

The apartment was located on the ground floor, you had to stay permanently with the shutters down and there was quite a lot of noise. But these are the disadvantages of the ground floor, it was not very disturbing for how little we stayed in the apartment.
• Diana (10/5): Best value for money! - Wery comfortable apartment, big, modern, and well equipped! And looks in the same way as a fotos in the platform :) Good location, not in the center, but you can go walk 25 minutes to the market and the Cattedraral. Very cood transport links to all the main attractions in the city! Good komunikation with the host, and we received one hour letter check out as a compliment. Thank you for that! The coffee machine is an area for improvement :) . Please, buy an esspresso machine, because we are going to be your guests again, for sure!
