• Elias (3/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder in diese Wohnung. Schlechtes preis leistungs Verhältnis - Nähe zum Strand Die Wohnung liegt im keller, dies war aber so nicht beschrieben. Ein scam!!!!!!
• Christine (8/5): Tolle Anlage, super schönes und sauberes Apartment mit Wohlfühlfaktor für einen entspannten Aufenthalt - Wohlfühl-Apartment - Sehr schönes Ambiente in einer tollen und sehr sauberen Anlage. Auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt gibt es keine Reinigung oder Handtuchwechsel im Apartment. Wir haben dann selbst gewaschen und sämtliche Putzsachen besorgt.
• Linda (4/5): Das Apartment selbst war gut, allerdings war der Umgang der Hausverwaltung mit einem Problem absolut nicht akzeptabel un - Die Lage ist direkt am Meer. Die Einrichtung ist im Schlafzimmer sehr schön. Der Wohn-Küchenbereich ist okay, etwas spartanisch, aber ausreichend. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es durch Feuchtigkeit Stockschimmel an den Wänden am Terrassenbereich, worauf die Vermieter (Hausverwaltung?) Nicht eingegangen ist. Es wurde mit damit abgetan „Es gab halt eine Regenzeit“ .Es kam niemand vorbei, um es abzuwischen, und es wurde auch keine Entschädigung angeboten!!!! Dagegen ist booking.com gleich mit einer Entschädigung entgegengekommen!!!! herzlichen Dank dafür! Die anderen Sachen, das Steckdosen teilweise nicht funktionierten oder instabil waren, der Kühlschrank ausgelaufen ist, wenn man ihn nicht auf sehr kalt gestellt hat etc. haben uns jetzt nicht größer gestört oder beeinträchtigt. Aber Schimmel, wenn auch nur Stockschimmel ist einfach ein Sachmangel und es wurde nicht darauf eingegangen!!!!! Sehr schade!!!!! Wenn man es bucht, darauf achten, welches Apartment man bucht, es gibt in der Anzeige viele Fotos die zu zwei Apartments gehören. Unseres war im Erdgeschoss bzw. Souterrain. Man musste zum Himmel immer nach oben schauen, aber das war unser Fehler, indem wir das nicht richtig gelesen haben. Uns hat in dem Apartment noch ein Manual/Informationsmaterial gefehlt, wo zum Beispiel die Waschmaschine steht und wie man die benutzen kann etc. (die Waschmaschine steht nämlich nicht in der Wohnung ). Im Treppenhaus oben steht eine vermutlich war das die dazugehörige, aber es war uns bis zum Ende nicht klar, ob dem so ist.)
• Elena (8/5): - Die Nähe zum Strand war super. Ich fühlte mich auch sicher. Jedoch gab es neben an eine Baustelle. Deshalb konnte ma tagsüber kaum im Appartement sein. Alles super, ausser der Lärm der Baustelle.

• jan (8/5): - Läget, fin utsikt och mycket lugnt och tyst på kvällar och nätter. Fin lägenhet med skön säng. Lite dåligt utrustat kök och snålt med bara en rulle toapapper.
• Dirk (3/5): Noisy, hot, and not worth the price - The apartment looks nice at first and is in a convenient location. The balcony is cozy, the internet is fast, and you can see the water and part of the sunset. The key box code was wrong, and the building was hard to find. For three of five days, heavy drilling took place directly in the neighboring apartment from 9:30 to 16:00, so I couldn’t work. Outside on both sides there’s ongoing construction (a hotel and a apartment complex) that will likely continue for 2–3 more years. --- The hosts only said, “We don’t know, sorry.” In the afternoon, the apartment gets very hot, the curtain doesn’t help, the pans are worn out, and the balcony door doesn’t lock properly.

• Gabriele (3/5): Wir besitzen jetzt eine neue Teekanne, einen neuen Kaffeebereiter und drei neue Trockentücher! - Der Blick vom Balkon ist schön. Leider ist der Balkon direkt über der stark frequentierten Dusche des großen Schwimmbeckens.. Küchenausstattung: Keine Teekanne, Kaffeebereiter wurde nicht ersetzt, keine Spülmaschine und dennoch nur ein Trockentuch für 9 Tage! Türklinke defekt, Tür ließ sich nur mit dem Schlüssel öffnen. Kein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon. Balkon ließ sich nur bis 15 Uhr benutzen. Ein Couchtisch wäre angenehm. Die Liegestühle auf dem Balkon halten die Justierung nicht.
