• Alexandra (2/5): On passait notre soirée au téléphone pour régler les problèmes - Le logement est bien équipé L’entretien n’avait pas été fait dans le logement à notre arrivé à 19h00. Les draps étaient sale et les serviettes aussi et en plus l’interphone ne fonctionnait pas! Un galère!!

• Pilar (9/5): - Ubicación y apartamento muy limpio. Nosotros eramos tres personas, por lo que dos habitaciones era ideal. Nadie duerme en el sofá Le faltaba algunas cosas en la cocina: no habia pastillas del lavavajillas ni estropajos para lavar los platos a mano. Faltaban trapos.La puerta del lavabo no cierra bien.

• Therese (8/5): - Everything was perfect except entry into the apartment. It it controlled by a remote locking system activated by the owner. Instructions were sent to us via text ,BUT WE WERE ON THE ROAD AND WE DON'T HAVE SMART PHONES. tHERE'S AN ASSUMPTION, i GUESS, THAT EVERYONT HAS ACCESS TO SUCH. Fortunately there was a Spanish speaking neighbor who called the host and the host then sent us instructions on What's App. Even after getting the electronic access, we found it difficult to enter. The device was not secured properly and kept spinning on the key. You'd have to see it to understand. My husband tightened t somewhat and we were able to exit and enter. The owner should have this repaired.

• Mara (8/5): Soggiorno ok. Appartamento carino in centro, peccato per il bagno che mon si chiudeva - La casa era ampia, luminosa, centrale e pulita. L’host è stata gentile a farci entrare prima del check-in in casa per lasciare le valigie. La porta del bagno non si riusciva a chiudere perchè il legno dello stipite si era ingrossato e addirittura la porta non rimaneva socchiusa ma si apriva da sola. Abbiamo segnalato il disagio all’host che conosceva il problema ma non aveva avuto tempo di farlo aggiustare. Abbiamo apprezzato lo sforzo di chiamare i tecnici per risolvere il giorno dopo ma per abbiamo detto che non c’era bisogno visto che saremmo stati solo un’altra notte. Avremmo apprezzato vedere un paio di capsule del caffe visto che era presente la macchinetta.
• Camilla (3/5): - Ok location. We booked this apartment because it said it has AC. It has a fan in each bedroom.... It does certainly not qualify as AC, and we had a horrible and sleepless night due to the warm temperatur. Terrible...
• sandrine (10/5): Fabuleux - Très bel appartement, très propre et lumineux, avec une très belle poutre apparente dans le salon. Très bien équipé : belle cuisine, une table pour manger pour 4. Merci pour la Nespresso, très apprécié le matin ^^. Deux chambres avec literie très confortable et une belle et grande salle de bain Et, ... un super balcon : très appréciable. Super bien situé dans le centre de la ville, tout à disposition à pied. Et une hôtesse toujours disponible. Bref nous avons adoré séjourné chez Arantxa. Merci beaucoup, nous serions ravis de revenir !

• Ksenia (9/5): - Nice clean apartment near the city center. The hostess is very kind, always in touch and cares about the comfort of the guests We missed some small decorative elements to make it cozy, but this is a subjective opinion, it did not spoil the overall impression in any way
