• Krystal (10/5): Excellent location even better host!! - The place was local to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, a mall, vendors outside selling items. We loved being able to also be so close to the metro and bus line! Well, there’s nothing that I didn’t like; it was just getting used to the small space for a shower. Also, the bed has a thinner mattress on it, and there were times you could feel the board under it. I ended up switching to the pull-out mattress in the living room. Again, at home, we have a very thick mattress, and everyone knows there’s no place like home.

• Dawid (9/5): - Byliśmy 3 godziny przed zameldowaniem, jednak gospodarze nie robili problemu, aby zakwaterować się wcześniej. Blisko do Parkrun Caffarella, blisko do stacji metra czy autobusu, który dowozi do ścisłego centrum
• Elena (10/5): Spacious, quiet apartment close to metro - The apartment is really large, two independent private bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It has all you need, close to shops and metro station Colli Albini. It takes about 30 minutes to get the Spanish steps. A great bakery on the way to the metro and many lovely cafes. The hostess got in touch the day before our arrival which was very welcoming and re-assuring. We would definitely stay there again.

• Giorgia (9/5): Quiet ans green retreat in Rome - Quiet, spacious and very furnished apartment right next to the park, with a lovely garden outside and in an elegant complex. The hosts left us water, coffee, juices, wine and snacks, and plenty of bathrobes. Easy to communicate with hosts. We will come back! Minor point, but the quality (and quantity, for who sleeps with multiple) of bed pillows could be improved.
• Renia :-J (9/5): - Moc hezké a tiché místo. Ubytování je velmi pohodlné a slušně vybavené. A hlavně vlastník se stará, zda je vše v pořádku a zda nepotřebujeme s něčím pomoci.
• David (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a detached house on the edge of a UNESCO heritage park - A beautiful building on the edge of a huge UNESCO heritage park. Full of runners ( the Cafferrella parkrun start line is 5 mins walk) cyclists ( there is a bike rental in the park also 5 mins away) and walkers. Tube station on line A 10 mins walk away ( takes you direct to Spanish steps, termini, piazza del populo and Vatican. Loads of good shops and restaurants nearby. We managed to park our car nearby - not easy but we always managed to find spaces. Inside the apartment is very well thought out and fitted. Great lounge with L shaped sofa and large Samsung frame tv - mirroring worked well with my apple phone unlike most good hotels I stay at. Bedrooms are both big and the two wet room shower rooms are fitted out very well. We were left a bottle of wine, snacks, lots of fruit juice and bottled water plus dishwasher tablet and washing machine liquid amongst other things by the hosts. Thus they are not hosts who cut corners in terms of hospitality. A super location and super apartment Like everywhere in Rome, finding a parking place can be a battle but our host did mention that we could rent a place in a local garage if we wanted to
• Arti (10/5): Zwiedzanie Rzymu - Czysto. Cicho z dala od zgiełku. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Nie daleko przystanek autobusowy (linia 87) ok. 50 metrów -autobus dojeżdza do linii metra oraz pod Koloseum i wszystkie ważniejsze punkty. Do linii metra ( linia A) ok. 600 metrów też łatwy transport w stronę centrum i Watykanu. Blisko domu sklepy. Jak wrócę do Rzymu to skorzystam po raz kolejny
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome with our family! The host family was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable — we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay — and even more! As a lovely welcome gesture, the hosts left us a bottle of wine, chips, and a variety of drinks in the fridge: juices, cola, iced tea, and a couple of bottles of mineral water. The kitchen reminded me of my own back home — it was so well-equipped that I didn’t miss a single thing. Everything was there in abundance, which made cooking a real pleasure. When we arrived, the host met us in person, gave us a quick orientation of the apartment, and handed over the keys. Upon request, we were also given an extra set of keys, which was very convenient. The hosts were punctual, responsive, and truly helpful throughout our stay. One of the charming features of the place was the courtyard, where orange and plum trees grow — I even tried the plums, and they were delicious! Just about 10 meters from the house, there's a lovely park inhabited by dozens of wild rabbits. It was such a joy to walk there and even feed them. The area around the apartment was full of shops, supermarkets, and cozy cafés. There was also a bus stop just 40 meters away with a direct route to the city center, and the metro was within walking distance too — incredibly convenient for exploring Rome. We truly loved everything about our stay and would absolutely come back again! The only minor downside was that the apartment is on the ground floor, so we had to lock the windows with a key every time we left or went to sleep. However, this was a very small inconvenience compared to all the wonderful advantages the apartment offered.
• Lina (10/5): Perfect! - Host - probably the first time that we had such an amazing host who helped with restaurant reservation, suggested best ride to the airport and simply checked asking whether everything was fine Excellent location - city center easily reachable by Metro or bus Apartment is equipped with everything one may need - in particular appreciate staple things available in the kitchen (coffee, oil, salt. spice, etc) The only thing I would change - the cutting board (personally don't like plastic ones) but this is so minor when you're in Rome.... :)

• Exploratory (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a convenient location, close to the metro station and food stores. The apartment is located in a quiet area, just behind the fence is a city park. The apartment is clean and modern decorated. The hosts were very nice and responded to our requests immediately. I don't know what to write about because we liked everything.
• Mario (10/5): Perfect Stay with Lovely Hosts - Orsola and Giuliano were lovely hosts, one of the best hosts we have met so far. On the day of arrival, they welcomed us with 2 plants and 2 bottles of wine as a gift. In addition, a pack of mineral water, cantuccinis and a few bottles of beer. They were always attentive in case we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to the metro station. There are several supermarkets nearby, just walking distance as well as nice cafes, bakery and other shops. We had a great stay and felt like home. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Rome. Thanks very much Orsola and Giuliano!
• Ondrej (9/5): Perfect palce and kind service - Clean and big apartment. Nice location, close to restaurants, shops and metro station and only 15min. to the center. In addition, the owners are absolutely perfect. As far as communication is concerned, so are services.
• Marco (10/5): Wonderful - Giulliano's home is simply the best kept secret of Rome. A lovely traditional Italian mansion, cleverly located away from the chaotic city centre and looking into the lovely Appia Antica Park. The city centre is easily reached by bus or subway, a few meters away, and there are a handful of restaurants and bars nearby. The traditional look of the house contrasts greatly with the new modern interiors, well decorated - even a fresco wall is uncovered for our delight. The house is also well equipped and Giulianno greets his guests with many amenities and a friendly smile. Definitely a place to return to. Nothing.
