• Bedin (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a stunning location! - The location is exceptional and the apartment is very nice. The jacuzzi and pool table are a very good touch after a day walking in Venice! The owner is very kind and send you also some recommendations for food around the city. If I really have to point out something, maybe a couple of more towels would be nice, and some water for the welcome. Other than that, definitely recommended.

• Violet (7/5): Strange door in the bathroom - Eugenio is a nice host and gave us recommendations for the area. There are nice amenities like a fridge, a pool table, and a jacuzzi (takes a long time to fill and no soap is allowed). Some things to mention from our experience. We had to check in late, and I let Eugenio know our flight details. There was a weather delay and we arrived at 1:30AM. Eugenio asked for 50 euros for the late check in, which we gave to him after feeling bad for keeping him up. We paid this and the city tax in cash as using card was not an option. There is no luggage storage on the day you check out and no blackout curtains for the bedroom. The most surprising thing is when Eugenio finished checking us in, he left through a door in the bathroom. He didn’t come back through this door during our stay, but we felt uneasy in the bathroom. There’s no lock on our side. It was strange to have it in the bathroom of all places.
• Leeor (10/5): Bottom line, have no concerns, this is the perfect spot, You will not be disappointed ! - It was such a pleasure to be hosted at Eugenio's place. He is a great host, the apartment is just a joy. It is in the middle of everything and has very easy access to all the main places including the bus from the airport. Everything in the apartment is new and posh. (In the beginning, we wanted to book one of the hotels and I am very glad not to do so) The bathroom is great, and very spacious with a very nice jacuzzi, living room has a smart TV (you can log in with your Netflix account) and a pool table. all was great, maybe bring some food/groceries with you. you do have a good coffee machine there.

• Sarah (10/5): Modern and comfortable apartment that guarantees a pleasant stay - It's an absolutely stunning and luxurious apartment - in reality it looks exactly as you can see on the pictures. The location was perfect for me since I had to leave at 4am in the morning and it is located 5 min away from the bus station. The apartment's furninshing is beautiful - high quality, stylish, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. To check-in you receive a passcode to open the door via mobile phone. So I didn't meet the owner but the conversation before was really friendly and I got every necessary information. The only thing I didn't like is that I had only one night in this beautiful apartment - wish I could have stayed longer ;-) There is nothing to complain!
