Great location close to Belvedere, very easy to reach the center and train station. The communication and information was clear and friendly and all process quick and easy. I can definitely recommend this place!

• Tony (9/5): Ottimo appartamento,ottima posizione comunicaizone con i proprietari non buona - L'appartamento è bello,ben tenuto,pulito.La cucina è luminosa si trova al primo piano di un bel palazzo con ascensore. Vicino ci sono numerosi market e Super Market,qualche Ristorante,bar,Chioschi di Kebab di wusterl a pochi metri c'è il tram 71 che ti porta vicino al centro si trova vicino al Belvedere e alla Stazione Rennweg per aeroporto . Buono il riscaldamento non c'è Condizionatore l'estate problema essere un problema.Acqua calda ottima. CUCINA super fornita con microonde forno -Assenza di tazze per il caffè -Assenza di scopa e paletta per pulire -I proprietari ad alcune domande non hanno risposto o hanno risposto in ritardo. -Avevo chiesto di scrivermi su whatsapp per le comunicazioni mi hanno scritto che l'avrebbero fatto e non lo hanno fatto. Ho chiesto la fermata della stazione più vicina del treno che dall'aeroporto portava al centro città,mi hanno suggerito la fermata sbagliata ho scoperto dopo da solo che a meno di 200 metri c'è una fermata.Con il loro suggerimento sono sceso alla fermata distante 1.5 km.Questa cosa non mi è piaciuta

• Ricardo (10/5): Excelente Localização, espaço funcional e ótimo para viajantes sozinhos ou casais por 1 ou 2 semana - Localização excelente, estação de comboios a 5 min ou menos andando, com comboio que vem do aeroporto, excelente para viajantes, tambem linhas de bonde para a cidade e metro, tudo muito perto, supermercados, restautantes, bares e ainda algumas atrações turisticas. Para ir ao centro andando 30 min no máximo ou 10 min de transporte. O espaço é excelente em termos de espaço e bastante funcional, super recomendado. No primeiro dia tivemos um problema com a mangueira do chuveiro que se partiu, fiz a reclamação que foi prontamente respondida e mais importante resolvida super rapidamente!!! Dificil achar algo que não tenha gostado, nada muito especifico, apenas o sofa da sala não é dos mais confortaveis, mas nada que estrague a estadia.

• Vladimir (1/5): serious maintenance issue - Nice and clean apartment. From the first day of our stay, the shower faucet in the bathroom was broken and did not function properly. As a result, we were unable to shower normally for the entire duration of our stay, which lasted four days. This is a basic and essential facility, and its unavailability significantly affected the quality of our accommodation. The situation was especially difficult as we were staying together with my elderly mother, for whom proper hygiene and comfort are particularly important. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved throughout the entire stay. I contacted you multiple times during our vacation and was repeatedly assured that the problem would be fixed “today.” Unfortunately, despite these promises, no repair was carried out until the end of our stay, and the issue remained unresolved throughout the holiday.

• Alexandar (9/5): Really pleasant stay, we will come back again. - Very well located, spacious, and warm apartment for 2-3 people. We can enter the apartment via an app (extremely convenient). The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There are supermarkets, cafes, Turkish and Italian cuisine nearby. There is not enough light in the bedroom (neither from the window nor from lamps next to the bed). Please, replace these lamps. The gas heating in the living rooms is a bit noisy.

• Biljana (9/5): - The apartment is large, clean and comfortable, 2 minutes from the tram stop number 71. There is also a secure parking garage nearby. The pillow was big for me and the mattress was not comfortable

• Alex (10/5): Spotlessly clean, super quiet, and perfectly located! - It was super clean, absolutely spotless when we got there. And it was dead quiet. The self-check-in was a breeze, too. Just followed the instructions, and we were in — it was easy and intuitive. It was nice and warm inside, and the hot water was endless. Never had to worry about a cold shower. Location-wise, it was really handy. We were close enough to the center that it wasn't a mission to get anywhere, but far enough away that we didn't get all the noise. Еverything you need is on the doorstep—cafes, grocery stores, and a pub. For getting around, the transport links are insane! There's a direct train to the airport, Tram 0 goes straight to the Hundertwasserhaus, and the 71 takes you right to the Opera House. If you're sleeping in the living room, the water heater makes this faint little noise sometimes, kind of like a quiet creak of a floorboard. But it's nothing major.

• Anne (7/5): Enjoyed being able yo shop locally at BILLA store and cook meals. Felt like being home! - Spacious and well furnished apartment with interesting colour scheme and artworks. Enjoyed being near the park up the road and also the Belvedere down the road. Opening the windows allowed all sorts of internal noise and cigarette smells from other apartments. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but they never are. Would have like d a few smaller cushions for support as advertised in the photos.

• Abigail (8/5): Exploring the streets of Vienna - The location is excellently positioned, just two blocks from the Belvedere Palace. It is peaceful and offers outstanding amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen, a laundry machine and a TV with access to Netflix. The building's facade is stunning, in keeping with the architectural beauty of Vienna. Additionally, the building is equipped with a lift and is situated on a street with two grocery stores. Exploring the area, you will find several excellent restaurants within walking distance. For those in need of parking, there are multiple paid parking options nearby. I was able to find street parking, although it requires moving the car by 9 am. Overall, it's a fantastic location for leisurely strolls. While I used a car to venture outside of Vienna, within the city, I found it convenient to walk almost everywhere from this spot. Additionally, the train station is just a 3-minute walk, providing easy access to the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. While the accommodations were generally satisfactory, there are a few areas that could be improved. The host did not have specified check-in or check-out hours on Booking.com, but I was informed to check in at 3:00 pm and check out by 10:00 am. However, upon arrival, there was some confusion as they inquired multiple times about my check-in time despite the previously communicated arrangement. This caused some inconvenience. Additionally, it's important to note that the hot water in the kitchen reaches boiling temperatures, so caution is advised. During the evening, the building can be quite dim, but the orange buttons can be pressed to activate the lights. Furthermore, the space feels somewhat sparse, lacking in decorative elements and additional supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and basic condiments, etc.
