• Caroline (4/5): Ligging is goed appartement dient gerenoveerd te worden en beter schoon, dekbedden vies onvoldoende bescherming. En het - De ligging Niet schoon, geen theedoek, handdoek in keuken, weinig spullen, gevaarlijk, wasmachine op een stekkerdoos. Vocht in huis, vloer staat bol in de slaapkamer geen 2 e douche. Klein bed in logeer en heel vochtig. De douche komt bijna geen water uit..
• sharon (1/5): Nothing “splendido” about this apartment - Excellent location and spacious. The apartment was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The floors were covered in dust and grime, the bathroom floor was slippery with grime and mould all over the walls and tiles. Finger marks all over the doors and huge piles of dust behind doors. There were empty wine bottles left under the dining table from previous guests. We had to clean the shower before we could use it and there was no soap provided. Also signs everywhere telling you not to wash your hair or use the dryer which was rather off putting. It’s advertised as a 2 bathroom but this isn’t right. It’s one bathroom and a separate toilet. Despite a “fully stocked kitchen” there were no tea towels, no dishwashing liquid and the cups were stained with tea so hadn’t been washed. Nothing to cook with either such as oven trays - just one frying pan. TV didn’t work and cobwebs everywhere. We raised this with the host and it felt like she didn’t believe us on just how dirty the apartment was. After days of back and forth we sent a video to show and she sent someone to clean on the last day of our 5 day stay. The person arrived without warning, let themselves in which gave us a terrible fright and brought no cleaning products with them. So covered the bathroom in bleach but said there was nothing else he could do. The vacuum in the apartment doesn’t work either.

• Jette (9/5): - Nothing beats the location of this apartment, it's truly amazing!! Restaurants, supermarket, cafes, shops & metro at your doorstep. Such a cool and quirky neighbourhood with lots of nice little shops. Colosseum only a short walk away. Highly recommend! Claudia was very nice and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for the neighbourhood. Very handy! Apartment is very spacious. Would love to return, thank you for hosting us! Keep in mind that this apartment is in the ZTL, so you can't park there. (I believe you can enter after 6pm, but parking would be very tricky, not sure what time you have to be out). We parked our car for a few days at the secure President carpark, 800m from the Colosseum. A few little things that would have been handy: bedside lamps & tea towels. And the tv in the living room.
• Royce (8/5): Great location but needs some improvement. - The location was very convenient to the sites we wanted to visit. There was no coffee maker and the bathrooms did not have any soap for bathing.

• Avinoam (1/5): It’s a great place if you’re coming to a bachelor party weekend. For anything else, I’ll look for better options. - The location is OK’ish. It is a 30min walk from all the big attractions of Rome. It is not closed to anything, but again, 25-30min walk from the centre. The property was not clean. Not the floor, not the beds, not the bed sheets. The drawers were dirty, still with leftover of previous tenants. The toilets could use a good scrub and the floor will appreciate some better TLC. The bedsheets were stained and it all felt “sticky”. The bed in the second room was really not comfortable.

• Barbara (9/5): Perfect appartement voor als je heel de dag op pad bent en een thuis nodig hebt in Rome - Het appartement ligt in de leuke, gezellige wijk Monti. We hebben er elke dag op korte loopafstand in een aantal restaurants gegeten en ontbeten. Ook qua openbaar vervoer ligt het heel centraal. Het Colosseum ligt op 10 minuutjes wandelen. De kamers aan de voorzijde zijn ruim met ramen aan de vrij rustige straatkant. Er zijn horren en kiepkantelramen. De airco is ook fijn. Claudia is heel gastvrij en betrokken en houdt tijdens het verblijf contact met je. Het appartement zou twee slaapkamers hebben maar de tweede kamer vonden wij niet geschikt als slaapkamer. Er is geen raam dat open kan en er is geen daglicht. We hebben hem dus niet gebruikt. Een paar tips om het verblijf nog beter te maken: voeg wat persoonlijke items toe aan de inrichting zoals klein meubilair in de slaapkamer en iets aan de wanden voor meer gezelligheid. Ook misten we sfeerverlichting in alle kamers en vooral bedlampjes. Als je je bed uit moet om de helwitte kroonluchter uit te doen is dat niet zo fijn.
• Gala (10/5): We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in the Monti district of Rome! The place was perfectly equipped with all the furniture and appliances you could possibly need to enjoy a Roman holiday in the Eternal City with a group of friends. The location couldn’t be better – all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, with the Colosseum only a 5-minute walk away. Our host, Claudia, was absolutely wonderful – always ready to help and full of excellent recommendations. Highly recommended!

La comodidad de las camas y destacar el trato con la anfitriona, siempre atenta a las necesidades y muy amable La falta de microondas y la escasez de menaje en la cocina. Si pretendes cenar en la casa tras un dia visitando la ciudad, se hace dificil hacerlo 5 personas a la vez.

The apartment was very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great AC. Best of all was host Claudia who was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and was very quick to respond to any queries. We would stay here again when next in Rome. She was very helpful with recommendations and maintained communi - Claudia was a wonderful host, she could not have done more for us if she tried. The location was great. We were able to walk from the accomodation to all touristy spots. The accomodation was spacious and plenty of room for 5 people. Two toilets were a bonus. We would have liked a toaster and a few more cups.

Near the pedonale has a lot of bars and good restaurants . Also the host was wery kind and helped us with a lot of informations about the city and the transportation .

• Sherry (5/5): It is a great neighborhood for a good price, but it is musty with very firm beds. - The location is wonderful. The neighborhood has everything you need and is very safe. It is an easy walk to most every place we wanted to go except the Vatican. I felt very safe inside the apartment and there is lots of room. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The floor was dirty throughout the apartment. Not that it was neglected of cleaning, just poorly cleaned. No attention to detail. It appears that the finish on the manufactured floors has either worn away or they are just very cheap floors as they appear to have a film on them making them look very dusty when they are not. But they were dirty. The entire apartment was musty smelling. There are measures to take to eliminate the dampness and musty smell, and this place would benefit from that. The thing that bothered me the most was that the bedding, particularly the duvets for extra warmth were stained and smelled of body odor. The mattresses were extremely firm and no bedside table in the 2nd bedroom. As other guests have mentioned, the floor in the 2nd bedroom is bowing very badly. Our host was mostly good with communication, but definitely could have been better. We asked for assistance a couple of times and her response was hours later.

The apartment itself was wonderful - spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The air con was hugely welcome in 34 degree heat. It was fresh, clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you’d need to enjoy a short stay in Rome. Lots of shops and places to eat within a 3-4 minute walk. The host, Claudia was incredible. She was so attentive and kind. Full of super helpful recommendations and checking in to ensure our stay was good. Grazi, Claudia, it was so lovely to meet you. Nothing, it was great and we’d happily recommend.

• Meredith (9/5): It was lovely. The host checked on us several times during our stay. AC worked great. - Very spacious. The AC worked really well. Everything was very clean. The host checked in several times during our stay to see how we were doing. There are single steps throughout the apt, which caused several falls. Would have liked a small trash can in each bathroom and extra trash can liners. They may have been there , just didn't see them. Extra bowls and perhaps a cookie sheet to reheat items in the oven would have been helpful. I was also under the impression that there was a 2nd shower/bathtub. It was okay that there wasn't, I may have read the description incorrectly.

She went out of her way to make sure sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She recommended many local places to eat and things to do. The location was fantastic! It was close to the metro station, and many of the major sights were within walking distance. Highly recommended! Nothing. It was perfect!

Well equipped with washing machine, iron, etc. The host Claudia was very informative, provided detailed instruction for everything. • Ekgur (9/5): Spacious and stylish place to stay in Rome for families and friends. - The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The host is super helpful and replies fast. Claudia can also advise places to go in Rome. We had a common place to spend time with family - living room/kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is easy to find and it is a 10-15 min walk from the train/bus station Termini. Both Beds are comfortable. Also, we liked that the flat has 2 separate WCs and rooms to sleep in. This is not a complaint, but more like advice. It would be nice to have the heating on during the winter time, so the whole apartment will be warm and we don't have to use ACs. The living room doesn't have a TV, which is in the dining area. But the dining area doesn't have AC (so it was cold to use). A big room with a high bed would be even more comfortable if it had small side tables. Also, if you are in the first time in Rome, bear in mind that city tax should be paid in cash to the owner.

• David (8/5): Great Location - The apartment is located very close to Colosseum and other Roman ruins. Restaurants, supermarkets and Metro are a very short walk. Apartment has plenty space to move around and bathrooms are modern and functional. Security is great with two lockable doors. Our host Claudia was very accommodating and helpful to any questions we had. Overall a great stay. Apartment has plenty potential however falls short in attention to detail, lacks conveniences like bedside tables and lamps in both bedrooms. Needs a chair, dresser table or hooks in room. Kitchen has barely enough utensils to cook. Lounge TV is missing off bracket. There is only a small TV high on a bracket in Dining area, therefore you cant sit and relax on coach in the evenings and watch TV as you cant see it. Also there's no free to Air news or local stations, you can only log into your Netflix account.

Located in best part od Rome, few minutes from Coloseum and St Maria Maggiore, with market near by and great restorants and caffees. Host is one great woman, very polite and helpful. We had a great time, and we'll be back here for sure!
