The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- CHIARA (5/5): - La gestione è stata totalmente negativa, avevamo dei problemi nell'aprire i link che ci inviavano per il pagamento tassa di soggiorno e successivamente per le istruzioni, ed invece di aiutarci a sistemare il problema ci rispondevano che tutti riuscivano ad aprirlo, sotto-intendendo una nostra poca collaborazione (nonostante avessimo chiesto metodi alternativi per ottemperare ai nostri doveri). Risolto tutto questo con fatica, il collega in entrata ha ricevuto delle istruzioni non aggiornate e non riusciva ad entrare, solo citofonando ad un altro inquilino è riuscito a venire in possesso della chiave di entrata all'appartamento. Una volta dentro la CALDAIA ERA IN BLOCCO e il primo giorno si dovuto lavare con l'acqua fredda, perché ha avuto problemi a contattare l'assistenza JOIVY. Insomma l'appartamento andrebbe anche bene, la gestione pessima e anche scontrosa.

- Nicola (8/5): nice clean modern apartment. not close enough to walk to any restaurants or shops. - clean tidy and modern. had everything we needed. had trouble getting into property. the prompt the ring the door buzzer didn’t work so had to call and they buzzed us in. shower drain was blocked full of hair. once we took the drain out the water flowed freely. flooded the bathroom to start with. wasn’t a great location wasn’t close to any bars or restaurants was. everything was a drive away. we was hoping for local bakery’s and restaurants but nothing local. not even a bakery. we got fresh croissants from mcdonald’s.
