• Efren (8/5): Buena localización y limpieza - Limpio, fácil acceso, acceosrios como cafetera, cocina, plancha, secador. El.sofa cama es cómodo, pero les recomiendo comprar una cama.

• Cannas (7/5): - la pulizia e la posizione per la zona molto tranquilla considerato che trattasi di un b&b mi aspettavo la colazione inclusa e non solo 4 capsule di caffè. Inoltre sarebbe opportuno che si rispondesse celermente alle richieste dei clienti.

• ludovica (6/5): Peccato per il divano letto…poteva essere perfetto - La posizione era ottima vicino a metro, bus e tram, il monolocale è molto spazioso e ha un bel balcone illuminato dal sole. Cucina ben fornita per cucinare e frigo grande. Il letto e i cuscini , purtroppo una tortura…è un peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto, ma abbiamo dormito davvero male, ogni mattina mi sono svegliata con mal di collo e schiena. Ho dormito su tanti divani letto, non avevo grandi aspettative ma questo è davvero inadatto. mancava una spugnetta per lavare i piatti e qualcosa per asciugare, abbiamo acquistato personalmente, per il resto la cucina è ben attrezzata. Pulita ma appena entrati c’era un cattivo odore, credevo fosse la fognatura ma arieggiando è andato via, probabilmente hanno pulito con una panno maleodorante.

• Diāna (10/5): Great staff, great apartment. I read some other people reviews about this place and most of them said that the bed (couc - It was clean, thats what i care most about. The balcony was just cherry on top. Cant complain about anything
• Amanda (6/5): Good if you only need a place to sleep not a good place to relax in - I liked the balcony and the accent wall No utensils, no shelf in shower, a pull out couch for a bed, pillows were not fluffy at all and the location is not the nicest part of milan.
• Magdalena (10/5): Cozy appartment in Milan - Location is good, the neighborhood is nice but it is a bit far from the city center, there are few options of public transport near the appartment. The apartment is big and clean. It has a good Air Condition so it wasn’t hot. It has a big and cute balcony. The building has an elevator. There is a cool bar nearby with great cocktails and snacks (UnionClub) The bed is a bit uncomfortable cause it is a sofa but iz wasn’t that bad, and you only get one pillow. You can open the windows only fully and there is not protection for mosquitos so we didn’t have an open window during the night. You get only two towels per person and nothing for the bathroom floor or for hands in the bathroom.

• Adriana (6/5): It could have been better if the property would have taken more attention to cleaning and details - The area is nice and quiet, however it was far for our purpose. We visited Milan due to Design Week and that event is happening 30 mints away by tube from the appartment. It is good and no noises by night The property was lovely and apparently cleaned, we advised the owner if we could have breakfast in. They said of course yes. However there was no forks, no washing soap, no kitchen paper, no kitchen sponge, no salt, no sugar, no toilet paper… and the property wasn’t really cleaned. We did send a message to the owner to let them know
• Elena (9/5): Nice - Really Nice location and the apartment was very modern and clean. We wished we could have had even I small broom and a cloth for some cleaning while we were staying there

• Umberto (1/5): A basic place with an even worse management by hostmate.it - The location is very close to the PoliMi campus, at walking distance from every building. This is good if you have anything to do with the campus I would not recommend it for tourists because is far away from any metro station and the area is quite residential with little life interest. The place was really basic but the interaction with the hosts was bad. The welcome kit they gave you at the check-in was a paper bag with toilet paper and a thin soap bar. No shampoo/shower gel which I had to buy at throw away of course because could not bring it with me on the plane. The apartment is managed by a property company, hostmate.it, who turned out extremely incompetent. When I arrived the light of the only room in the apartment was broken and needed a new bulb. It took three days for it to get changed regardless of the many messages and phone calls with escalating frustration. They managed to change the bulb on the last night of the 4 I spent there with many apologies and the promise of a discount for a night which, of course, they did not provide. My impression is that the company manages several apartments and has a number of employees (I always spoke with a different person) and this creates the same frustration one experiences with a call center where everybody is nice but nothing gets done. This apartment has a bunch of negative reviews on the premises particularly on the sofa bed which of course are bad but I think the management is even worse and I would expect as bad of a service in any of the apartments managed by hostmate.it.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - A peaceful area and accessible by bus 🚌 the toilet bowl must be cleaned well, it's a very important part of an accommodation no matter how long the stay is. The cleaner must do his/her work honestly and with concern. Thanks
