• Kate (3/5): Don’t pay the deposit! - It provides some parking. The location. The cleanliness was below standard. They haven’t returned my refund for my deposit.

• Melanie (7/5): Handy little place for a quick stop over. Great for the price. - Really good location, fine for a one night quick overnight stay. Apartment was fairly clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful in allowing us to park earlier than normal and check in sooner as we had an event to attend in the city. Great communication It is starting to look just a little tired and could probably do with a freshen up on paint. It was clean but not spotless. There were hairs all over the bathroom. Floor for example but as they allowed us to check in early, we probably shortened their cleaning time and rushed them. The kitchen is not very well stocked with utensils / cutlery. Someone set off fireworks in the car park right outside the window.

• Jennifer (6/5): Clean apartment in a good location but could have done with being left with more necessities. - Good location. Not far from Abba Voyage which was the purpose of our visit. The apartment is above a shop and there were lots of shops/restaurants along the same road. I stayed on the sofa bed which was comfortable and the duvet was lovely and warm. The apartment was clean. We were also allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier to get ready for our evening out which was really appreciated. Tea and coffee making facilities and cooking facilities. My Mum and my daughter shared the double bed upstairs and didn’t get much sleep as the radiator in the room made a very loud trickling noise all night and kept them awake. I was unable to get the heating on in the living room where I was sleeping so it was a little cold. I was also left with just a duvet and a pillow, no bottom sheet so had to sleep directly on top of the sofa bed. I would have preferred a bottom sheet. There were tea and coffee making facilities but no milk was left which would have been a nice touch but I had to walk to the shop in order for us to have a cups of tea and coffee. The living room on the lower floor is quite dark so getting ready in the downstairs mirror was a bit of a pain I had to keep going upstairs to use the mirror in the top bathroom as I am only small I couldn’t see in the mirror in the downstairs bathroom as it was too high.

Warm and comfortable. It was everything we needed for our stay. Very accessible and close to DLR. I and my partner loved our stay
