• Dominika (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i kolejowej. Okolica spokojna, ale bardzo blisko wieży Tsutenkaku. Oprócz sklepów typu konbini, w okolicy jest większy market. Bardzo urocza kawiarnia po drugiej stronie ulicy. Obiekt czysty a pokoje są dobrze wyposażone.
• Alan (8/5): Comfortable budget option - The room was clean and spacious (for Japan), and the bed was pretty comfortable. Towels and toiletries were also provided, as were all the appliances you'd need, including a clothes washer, which was handy. Check in and check out procedures were cleared explained and easy to follow. The sounds from upstairs guests were rather loud, so it was a little hard to sleep sometimes. The location was also a little far from most of Osaka's attractions. For my room on the ground level, the door was kind of hard to open because the entrance was so small. The bathroom ceiling was very short so I couldn't stand up straight inside it.

• Mattia (9/5): Recommended budget-friendly property - The position of the staying is incredibly well located, easy to reach by foot from multiple stations. Stairs are incredibly tight and steep, going upstairs with the luggage wasn't an easy task. The sound isolation could be better too, doors are almost useless, but luckily the area is quiet and calm, so the only sound could be coming from downstairs or upstairs.

• Rosli (6/5): - The location is very close to a few stations. So its accessible to anywhere. The heater didn't work well for the winter season. The floor was too cold for us to step on even wearing the slippers that have been provided by owners. The owner replied quickly to fix the water heater problem. Maybe for a season that is not cold can be considered to stay.
• Jasmine (10/5): Cute and cozy place - Very cute place to stay in. Feels so warm and cozy. Nice and quiet area, conveniently located right beside a family mart. Decently close to downtown Osaka/Namba station which is only 10 min train away.

• BoRui (2/5): 棉被有巨濃狐臭味、房間管理單位巨扯亂移房、談賠償毫無誠意，少一半的權益只給2000日圓相當於5%賠償金額，要讓人從五人房改為兩人房。 - 沒什麼突出值得提的 疑似多平台超賣房間，直接要我們改入住別的房間。給的房號都是錯誤的，導致我們在已有入住的房間前嘗試解鎖房門，導致驚擾到四間房客，還好沒被攻擊！ 給的房間清節也有疑慮，睡覺時發現棉被有著巨臭的狐臭味，也沒有其他備品可替換，對此管理者真的很失望😓

• Akiko (10/5): Wonderful quiet neighborhood in Osaka! - Very close to 3 stations. Super close to Sumiyoshi Taisha. There’s a Max Valu in front of the train station and a Family Mart right in front. It’s a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as well as the comforters. The WiFi box was stellar. There’s a laundry machine/dryer in the unit and you can hang your clothes outside )we were on the third floor). The a/c was cold too! They supply a convection stove with one burner, a mini fridge, sink, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, electric water kettle, rice maker, clothing steamer, hair dryer, curling iron, microwave, tv. It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommended it. The stairs were absolutely fine but a hand rail would make it better.

• Kylie (9/5): Nice place to stay for a little trip (Who stays in their room for a trip) - It was a 1-2 min walk to the Tram station, a family mart and lawson within 30 seconds to 3 mins from the front door. There's a wash/dry machine. Even with the tram passing right outside the building, it's barely audible. The room itself is spacious and has a little foldable floor couch that unfolds to a floor bed. It also has amenities such as cups, a little stove top, a microwave, utensils, table, mini fridge and a hair dryer. The stairs are very steep, and there is no elevator. The bathroom is small. I could stretch my arms out and spin to touch all 4 walls, and it has a 6-12 inch step up into the bathroom. If you are over 5 foot 8, your head will be against the ceiling of the bathroom, even with the tub being set half into the floor. The blankets were more for a single person than 2 people sharing.
