• Edvardas (10/5): - It was a very good and clean place. It was very quiet and you can rest it. There is the lift! We like it. Comfortable for 4 people! Close to metro stations and stores. In the flat there are no car and tram noises, a very quiet place. Grazie! Definitely come back again!
• 3latimirs (10/5): Perfect place for quiet time but being close to the center - Communication was very good and clear, Simone was always available to answer questions. The guide to get in is simple and very clearly explained. In addition, everything was very clean and equipped with everything you need for two (in our case), but also for four people, from utensils for cooking, washing, and ironing to cleaning supplies. Large and bright rooms. The location was perfect for us, as we didn't want to live right in the center, but still wanted to be close by—subway and buses near the apartment, so you can get to the cathedral in 5–10 minutes. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a large street market nearby, which is highly recommended—you can also cook at home with fresh ingredients. We were very happy, nothing to write

• Polina (10/5): - Our stay in this Milan apartment was great! Getting inside was super easy — we took a short taxi ride (about 20 euros) from the central station, and there were clear step-by-step instructions for entering and collecting the keys. We noticed security cameras in the courtyard and by the door, which made us feel very safe. The neighborhood is excellent — everything is nearby, with a couple of grocery stores just a short walk away, and the metro only a few minutes from the building. The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere. The air conditioners work well both for cooling and heating, so the room stays comfortable. the water heater was enough for two people and there is a washing mashing as well as a dishwasher! We will come back for sure! Would be great to have more towels

To easier find the location, she sent us the info in detail (she made also a movie to show how it works to open / closed sofa bed). The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Also the position is very good, near the Porta Romana metro (5 min).

Simone was very friendly, helpful and organised. He messaged all the relevant details to me ahead of my arrival, check-in was seamless and he was kind enough to store our luggage at his home on our last day. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accomadation in Milan.

• Kiyo (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect! Even though I had quite a patchy communication on my end because I didn't have constant wifi to communicate with the host, they were very responsive and attentive. I arrived very late because of delays in my trip but they send me very precise and detailed instructions about how to check-in. There were towels, soap, coffee, tea, toast and even Netflix already logged in to just use. The apartment itself has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a/C units in each room. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was very clean. It is right outsixe the limited traffic zone and they even had parking. The metro station was a few minutes by walk. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Milano next time! Nothing! :)

• Petra (1/5): Bad - The apartment was very cold during our stay in January. Obviously the heating was switched of before we arrived and as it was freezing outside it took more that 24 hours until it got heated. Therefore we spent more that half of our 2 nights stay completely frozen and our daughter got sick the first night due to the cold. The coldest room was the bathroom. Nor clean apartment in a very nice position, nor nice owner could compensate for such a big inconvenience.

• Mayank (8/5): We had a nice and comfortable stay in the property. - The property is spacious and equipped with all the modern facilities you gonna need. It had a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaners, iron, air conditioning in bedroom and the lobby and a massive water heater in the bathroom. They property is very comfortable to stay in. Also, the staff is very humble and helpful. They gave highly detailed instructions with pictures on how to check in which made the same quick and easy. Metro is on a 5 minute walk distance and bus station is also nearby. The location was a little off from the central milan but manageable. We felt very unsafe with the main door lock of the property. The electronic system is very suitable for check in but could be operated at all times during the stay with just a code. If any stranger or neighbours see while you put in the code, its gonna be a safety risk.
• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very well prepared for my stay. The explanation regarding my arrival and entrance into the apartment was well detailed, and the apartment itself had a comfortable couch and bed. Overall, all good! I was pleased with everything.
• Mads (10/5): Fantastic. The place to stay in Milan! - The apartment is in central Milan, but in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants around...also good ones. The flat is spacious, very well air conditioned, big fridge and basically everything you need. The landlord went to great effort to explain how to access etc, well in advance, and with pictures and all. Very thorough and a good reflection on everything else. If the scale had "11" available, I would give that for the service and communications from the landlord. Value for money? I had to go for a conference on the Sheraton in Milan: triple the price, half the convenience! I would choose La Boutique Milano any time! Breakfast... not a big thing in Italy...and not in this apartment... But 100 meters down the road, there is a small shop selling fresh bread, cheeses, meats, marmalades... everything. So, do your own Italian breakfast, with local specialties.

Milan is a gorgeous city we explored Lake Como /Duomo Cathedral & surrounding parks/shopping centre & castle/Navigli canal network and bars. There was nothing I didn't like it met all of our needs and it was nicely decorated and very clean.
