James (1/5): Do not recommend, avoid staying! - Location was great but apartment clearly wasn’t cleaned before hand. Numerous items broke and lots of mould and dirty throughout The issue with this property starts right after you book it. The host didn’t reply to our message using booking.com portal so we had to ring and WhatsApp to figure it out the apartment number. Note: you will have to pay extra for bedsheets and towels. Then a serious of issues: -Disgustingly dirty -beds are filthy, stained and with a weird smell. -Bathroom cabinet was broken so you can’t close it. - there was one full toilet roll…which was completely wet and can’t be used. -WiFi didn’t work - contacted the host by WhatsApp about the internet to confirm login and password and he ignored the message. - later contacted the host to ask if the apartment was cleaned before the check in and he also ignored the WhatsApp message. - Curtain for second bedroom broken -Mouldy shoes left inside the bedroom drawers? What the heck! - No air con on second room and the fan left in the room has the wrong plug so couldn’t even use it. Had to leave the window open for some air and as a result we couldn’t sleep at all as this is a busy area and so noisy. The only reason we stayed overnight is because we had a small pet and unfortunately no pic of his vaccination card so couldn’t book a hotel. Highly recommend you not to book this place, you for sure can find a better option. They need to clean and maintain this place properly before renting this on booking.com. This is a disgrace!
