- Victor (5/5): Fue , pero ya no es . N.M. Necesita mejorar - Que tenía parking y que no está mal ubicado Calefacción por aire en invierno le cuesta mucho calentar y no puedes apagarla . Falta de potencia en la luz .saltando los plomos al encender el horno . Tuvimos que pedir las pizzas y tirar las q compramos para hacerlas . Instalaciones con daños estéticos y goteras en la caldera y debajo un enchufe con ladrón . Sin cometarios sobre el polvo que habían en la lámpara de la habitación .

- fran (3/5): No funcionan los radiadores, y en Ávila en noviembre hace mucho frío. - La limpieza del edificio, inexistente. Todo muy abandonado. El garaje estuvo abierto constantemente, con el riesgo que eso supone. La calefacción de los radiadores en el apartamento no funcionaba y quise ponerme en contacto con la empresa para que lo solucionaran, pero tardaron mucho en responder, y cuando lo hicieron, me daban largas, y que les mandara una foto de los radiadores. Se la mandé y me dijeron que mirara las llaves que abren los radiadores, pero no se podían mover, para finalmente decirme que no funcionaban. Tenían aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y en el salón, pero en la cocina y en los baños no, y estaban helados. No me gustó el trato con la empresa, tal es así que les he pedido una hoja de reclamaciones. Se la pedí unas veinte veces y no me hacían caso. Al final, el domingo por la mañana cuando ya nos habíamos ido, me la mandaron.
