Winnie Ngoc Linh (7/5): It was a bit challenging for the ladies to lift their suitcases up and down. - It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the accommodation to supermarkets and restaurants, so the location is quite convenient. But the place was nicely decorated and felt very comfortable. Our room was on the first floor, and it was a bit tiring to carry our luggage up. The soundproofing wasn’t very good — we could hear noises from outside the door at night and in the morning. Parking space is narrow, and it’s not very convenient for loading and unloading luggage.
Crystal (7/5): - Everything was very comfortable. I really didn’t like the bath shower. The shower head either needs to be replaced or cleaned as it’s just sprays everywhere and I didn’t find it very safe. We arrived late at night and didn’t see the stairs to the platform so went all the way to bottom. Wasn’t an easy process to access the property
Lynne (5/5): Would not recommend. - Unfortunately would not recommend. Apartment smelled very dusty. Could not have windows open because there are no fly screens. Door to balcony is faulty. Unsecured and dusty rugs on the floor. No blinds in main room. Bathroom is not very functional and hazardous. Stairs into property are not well lit and also hazardous. No where to charge devices except at kitchen bench. Someone else’s dirty tissue left in bedroom.

Jane (7/5): Good - Newly renovated apartment. Owner quick to respond and apartment had basics left to use for cooking (oil/salt ketchup etc) which was handy! Bedsheets in double room were dirty, everything else was exactly what we needed! Would definitely stay again and reccomend to friends.

Hall (5/5): Good space & pretty location. Old building so not quiet within. - nice quiet street, tidy unit. Nice use of space within that suited our family with two kids. dusty throughout, old Bld so you could hear the people in unit above walking around, going to the toilet of a morning :( Also the owner actually removes the bond money for up to 3wks & charges $15 to do that, or tries to upswell you on $35 fee to forgo the bond - so in essence pay $15 for nothing or upsell to $35. This is not disclosed up front, only once you book & fill in all your personal details.
