Immaculately clean and modern. The metal staircase from the ground/entry level down to the second bedroom would not suit someone with mobility issues.

Although at a busy intersection, the interior is clean, quiet, comfortable and modern. There is a spiral metal staircase down to the second bedroom. The bathroom is on the entrance/ground level. The spiral staircase may not suit someone with limited mobility.

On a cold winter day, the air conditioner heated the place very well. The hosts responded quickly and kindly at every stage. They were especially helpful with their clear instructions about parking.

Really - Impressive and very efficient system to collect the keys through a code that once entered, opened the outside door automatically. Very impressive and easy to follow! The only minor thing we would say is relates to the mattresses which might need replacing. They are comfy enough though!

• Veselina (9/5): A lovely place to stay and explore Malaga - Perfect communication with the host! Lovely place, great for a few days' stay to explore the city. Great location, clean and tidy. Very easy to get in and accommodate. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for families of four. One of the rooms is downstairs, and you reach it via a narrow and steep staircase. It wasn't a problem for us, as we are young and healthy, but keep it in mind if you have limited mobility.

O fato de um dos quartos não ser completamente isolado com porta, a escada de acesso possui um vão aberto onde reduz a privacidade do quarto mas nada que impossibilite a estadia.

• Pauline (10/5): Lovely apartment, good location, good value - Very nice apartment , smart , modern and unfussy. Adequate facilities for a short break, very good location, very close to the cathedral, Picasso museum, the waterfront . Lovely old streets with restaurants and bars around and of course souvenir shops, ice cream parlours. Centro Alameda train station is only a short walk to the apartment (Depends on your own perspective) and we had small hand luggage only. We did a day tour to the Caminito Del Rey with a tour company which included a visit to Antequerra, a beautiful town and well worth a visit. The Caminito was a very informative walk and also a great day out. After a very long day out it was good to get back to the apartment for a welcome hot shower. Malaga is a lovely city to explore and I would definitely use this apartment again. There was nothing to dislike. If I had to say anything in a negative note, I would say the spiral staircase to the lower floor bedroom may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

• SEUNG YEON (10/5): Goooooooood! - 체크인 전부터 연락하는데에 있어 신속하고 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 숙소도 주요 관광지와도 도보로 다닐만한 충분한 거리였고 지정된 유료 주차타워가 숙소 근처에 있어 말라가와 근교를 다니는데에 너무 편안했습니다. 복층 구조에서 방음이 약해서 밤에 화장실을 가려면 철제계단을 오를 때 조금 소음이 있어 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 좋았습니다.

The only "-" is that our girls had a trouble with doing make-up because the apartament doesnt have so much light because there are small windows but this is not a big problem. It could be lighter but althouth it was very pleasant! Amazing There could be a little more lighting especially close to the mirrors

Bella anche la scala a chiocciola che porta alla stanza da letto grandissima con un terrazzino. L'unica pecca è che l'appartamento si trova su una salita.

Unfortunately we could only stay one night but if stay in Malaga again will definitely stay here. It had everything we needed, lovely flat, nice bathroom, super clean. Parking nearby for 14 Euros. And the owner super friendly and helpful. The second room is down some stairs. Very big room which our girls really liked especially the big mirror! Five minute walk into the old town. Highly recommend the place.

• Beata (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and clean apartment located in the city center. Everything is close by. Parking is available for an additional fee, about 200-300 meters from the apartment, which is a great convenience for those traveling by car. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Communication was excellent. We were able to check in earlier, which was very helpful and allowed us to spend more time in Malaga. One of the bedrooms is located in the basement, which we were aware of and didn't find to be an issue. However, the stairs leading to it are very noisy, which can be disturbing, especially at night.
• Caelan (8/5): A very pleasant experience! :) - The accomadation had a very pleasant location, being only around 5-10 minutes away from most touristic activities. This also meant it was very accesible from the airport without a car. The appartment was clean and had all the facilities shown on the page. During our stay the water was cut-off during a few hours on the final day. This was due to construction around the appartment. This hould not have any effect on other bookings, but it should be mentioned as there was a lot being built around the neighbourhood.

On the main road so lot of noise. 2nd bedroom is in basement with complicated stairs and unsecured door as it can be easily open by services folks. Very bad experience to the extent that my daughter had to sleep in small sofa upstairs.

• Mikhail (6/5): Perfect if you don’t care about the noise - The location is great, it’s really close to El Ejido where you can find free parking spots (if you’re lucky and patient). Instructions were clear, and the communication was amazing. You can hear any noise from the street and from the neighbors as well. The apartment is on the busy street, so cars, scooters and people’s chatting are extremely disturbing. I could hear how the neighbors came home, took a shower, walk around the flat and closed the doors. There were no water bottles provided, but that’s optional of course.

The beds are comfortable There are all kitchen equipments nothing miss. . Very useful car park and the owner and his mother are so kind.

I liked the big room downstairs, it was cool and spacious. The staff is amazing and very nice, and check-in 24/7 was super convenient! It didn’t impact us a lot, but worth mentioning that the stairs to the bedroom are very steep! It might be not safe for small children or elder people Apartments were darker than I expected, but with the light on it wasn’t uncomfortable

Walking distance to all the sites & close to buses & trains. Groceries are very close as well. All the amenities you need & very comfortable beds! A real gem.

It has everything you need, even for long stays (fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 hotplates, oven, toaster, etc.). It has central heating/air conditioning. Optional parking (100 metres away) with easy access. Super clean, included lots of complimentary things like gels, coffee, tea, etc. The appartment is very modern and has no lack of details. The location was fantastic. I have no complaints, everything was perfect.

The apartment is on the great location, very close to city center. It's not noisy, beds are nice and comfortable. We had coffee, water and tea for each day of the visit and I really appreciate that. This is very irrelevant but I would suggest putting more hooks or other hangers for wet towels, jackets and similar...

The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed SMALL point - it was at the top of a hill which isn’t stated anywhere
