• Dave (8/5): - Great location. Nice big apartment. On the 3rd floor but elevator provided. Communication from the host. A couple of messages went unanswered.
• Thermann (9/5): Fantastisch op een ideale locatie. - De locatie was ideaal en het appartement was zeer proper en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Er viel ons niets tegen, maar het zou handig zijn indien er een tweede set sleutels zou zijjn.
• Squire (5/5): Disappointed and expected so much more. I regularly visit the area and this was my worst experience - The location is excellent, everything you could want is close by. Loved the kitchen space, excellent facilities, spacious and all that you need. 1. The apartment felt like I was the first person to arrive this year. The blinds did not work so I couldn't sleep and on informing Evans of the issue it took them 1 whole week for someone to come and fix by which time I said don't bother as I had made my own solution. Don't try and close the net curtain or you will find the whole thing comes down on top of you! 2. The cushions for the lounger (Only 1 lounger for a 2 bed apt) were absolutely filthy and shabby to say the least. Ripped, stained and the thought of using them, well don't go there! Contrary to a previous review there is no shower on the roof. Everything on the roof was left dirty. I appreciate sand rain falls in Fuengirola but given the day before I arrived was sunny and no one was booked in you would have thought the effort would have been made. 3. The terrace furniture is old, uneven and very uncomfortable. 4. One of the bedrooms has mold all on the wall at the pillow end of the bed. 5. The chair on the left has a broken leg, again a simple fix that no one has bothered to take care of. 6. Hot water. As a solo traveller I don't know how a family would shower in this place. For myself to shower there was hardly any hot water left to shave with. 7. Absolutely nothing in the apartment on arrival, not a bottle of water, not even a toilet roll. I did take photos but would prefer the owners to have an opportunity to put things right without making those public. The apartment is in a great location but simply feels unloved and like someone is trying to charge top dollar for rental when it is worth nothing close to that in it's present condition. Old cushions etc need replacing, better loungers for the roof, generally I felt it was tired, old and unloved yet there is huge potential to put that right at little cost.
• Marika (9/5): Alkuvaikeuksista huolimatta suosittelen ehdottomasti. Viihtyisä ja toimiva asunto. Hyvä sijainti. - Huoneisto oli erittäin viihtyisä, hyvin varusteltu ja sijainti oli keskeinen. Lähes kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja huoneisto vastasi täysin kuvausta ja kuvia. Kylpyhuoneeseen pääsi kulkemaan molemmista makuuhuoneista. Vaikka noudatamme ohjeita, ei sisään kirjautuminen onnistunut ongelmitta. Emme päässeet alaovesta sisälle, vaikka olin ohjeiden mukaan ilmoittanut saapumis aikamme ja vielä kentältä lähtiessä että olisimme 30 min päästä ovella. Puhelinnumeroista yksikään ei toiminut eikä viesteihin tullut vastausta ja olimme aika väsyneitä lennon jälkeen myöhään illalla. Yksi talon asukkaista päästi kuitenkin ystävällisesti meidät rappukäytävään jotta pääsimme avainboksille. Myöhemmin tuli majoittajalta kuitenkin puhelu whatsapilla joten olisimme päässet ovesta. Olisi ehkä kätevämpää jos avainboksi olisi ulko-ovella, kuten useimmissa kohteissa. Netti ei aluksi toiminut ja meille oli jätetty vain yhdet avaimet (3 aikuista) vaikka olimme sopineet useimmista avaimista. Netti ja avain asia kuitenkin korjattiin heti seuraavana päivänä oikein mallikkaasti. Tyynyt valitettavasti tuoksahtivat melko ummehtuneilta ja tunkkaisilta ja vaatinevat uusimmista. Roskapussit ja wc-paperit hankimme itse. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin alkuvaikeuksista huolimatta suosittelen ehdottomasti ja majoittuisin itsekkin tänne uudestaan. Asunto oli oikein viihtyisä ja toimiva ja sen sai hyvin viilennettyä.

• Domas (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place ,fully equipped. Feels like at home. Terrace with shower on the roof spot on. Noticed ants in the kitchen. Smells from the local restaurant kitchen chimney were pretty bad in the first few evenings, but that was the downside of living downtown.
• Margaret (10/5): Would really like to return soon. - Exceptionally clean. Extras such as shampoo/ cleaning products/ kitchen essentials available. Location - everything on doorstep . Beach umbrella and chairs available. Communication with agents was also good. Quiet at night and outside terrace was not overlooked. Nothing at all.
• Marco (10/5): Host Sergio was perfect and the place is really nice… everything reachable by foot… - The property is in the center of fuengirola and you have everything near Very comfortable!!!!
