Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted. - The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. - Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking. - Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival. - Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. - Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation. - Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm.
