• Marième (9/5): - L’emplacement du logement est vrai plus pour les transport et bien desservi L’absence de stores occultants dans la chambre. Celui en place ne filtre pas assez la lumière. Et le bruit d’évacuation des hottes du restaurant en bas
• Victoria (10/5): Excellent apartment in a fantastic location - Great location. Dead opposite the tube station and on a bus route to various areas. Great layout. Spotless and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the oven but the staff responded immediately and sent an engineer in to fix it
• Amber (8/5): Great value and location but could be a bit cleaner - I liked the security and proximity to where I needed to be and that the metro station was literally just across the street. The front loading washing machine’s rubber gasket was covered in mold and the extra blanket in the bedroom had lots of long black hairs, like it hadn’t been washed, just folded. Otherwise, the flat was clean enough.
• mimi301 (10/5): 快適なロンドン滞在 - 地下鉄駅の目の前にあり、アパートの一階にはファーストフードの店、グロッサリーがある。バス停もすぐの場所にありました。部屋の暖房、シャワーもきちんと機能していたので、冬のロンドン滞在も快適でした。アパートの広さも２人利用で充分な広さでした。滞在分のコーヒーカプセルを用意してくれて、本当にありがとうございます。チェックイン時間の柔軟な対応にも助かりました。5泊の滞在中快適にすごせ、またロンドンに来る時には利用したい。 排水の問題かわからないけど、アパート入ったときに臭いが気になりました。私は特に匂いに敏感なので….

• Aman (10/5): Great apartment to stay! - Great location, good connectivity to bus, train and central london. The property management is very nice and give their best to help make the stay as comfortable as possible -
• Annika (4/5): Teleurstellend - De accommodatie was mooi en schoon, lag perfect tegenover het metrostation. De eerste ochtend werden wij wakker met een foutmelding op de Boiler. Vervolgens 3 dagen geen warm water of verwarming gehad. Wezen bellen met de eigenaar en zelf geprobeerd om de boiler te resetten, werkte niet. De volgende avond laat de eigenaar ons om 9 uur weten dat er een loodgieter zou komen binnen nu en 1,5 uur. Rond kwart over 11 de mededeling gekregen dat hij niet meer zou komen. Dan was de optie dat hij morgen rond 10 zou komen, maar wij hebben ook dingen op de planning staan en blijven niet thuis voor dit. Laten weten dat ze het dan beter kunnen regelen na ons verblijf. De laatste nacht trokken wij het niet meer, ijs en ijskoud en al 3 dagen niet kunnen douchen. Toen de keuze gemaakt om onze laatste avond een hotel te vinden. Snel de spullen gepakt en vertrokken. Erg jammer dat we ons verblijf zo moeten afsluiten
• Marian (7/5): - Un apartamento bien dotado de electrodomésticos, vajilla, etc, así como todo lo necesario en la habitación y el baño. Bien decorado y espacioso. La localización buena, justo enfrente de la parada de metro West Kensington El calentador no funcionaba bien y se apagaba, por lo que había que encenderlo y apagarlo varias veces, para que hubiera agua caliente y calefacción. La ventana de la habitación daba a un patio con una chimenea de un bar que estaba al lado del portal y subía un olor a pollo cocinado bastante desagradable. Estás dos cosas deberían ser solventadas por los dueños, pues el apartamento está bien y es muy cómodo.
• Bianka (10/5): Kommen bestimmt wieder :) - Absolut perfekte Lage - zwei Minuten zur Ubahn. Ausstattung war gigantisch - vor allem in der Küche!!!
• Shirley (8/5): - Very handy to station and handy to have a good kitchen, fridge etc. The water for the shower etc was nice and hot. The sofa was very uncomfortable and maybe have a little booklet with things like how the heater works etc as this was different to what we were used too.
