• Matt (3/5): Won't stay again - The location was great. The apartment was a nice size for a solo traveller or couple No use of the facilities. Therefore no pool, gym or level 70. TV doesn't have free to air TV (only app based) TV stopped connecting to wifi for 3 days meaning there was no TV to watch for half of my stay.
• Syed (10/5): We requested for a last minute stay extension which was granted by the property owner / manager. Really made my day! - Just next door to my sons place. Very convenient for me and him. Also very good location. Not too busy like cbd.

• Carmela (9/5): Standard, but i have to say the location was great - The location was great, tidy place had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Check in was unorganised & I had to call the owners a few times to get correct information on how & where to pick up key. I did not receive any instructions the day before, I got them once I rang them. Where I picked up the key the guy behind counter told me the lock box was not there & the number I gave him must be incorrect. Again I had to call the booking staff. Then the fut found the lick box on the wall. No instructions left in the room about check out process. It was only sent to me once U queried it. Floor had a sticky residue on it & was not clean. Shower was not up to standard for cleanliness either. I had to wash it down before taking a shower. A couple of little things but overall it was nice. I was surprised to find dogs coming in & out of the apartment block regularly. As someone who is allergic to dogs & cats I was surprised.
• Daniel (10/5): Amazing apartment, spacious size and perfect view of Melbourne City! - Great size and located in a modern apartment building with 24/7 concierge. Needed a sponge for the kitchen, strainer for pasta and baking dish if you are staying longer and cooking meals.
• Nomuna (7/5): Great location/views, value is OK, could be clearer on access instructions. $300 bond! - The space was modern, location is great if you're looking to be close to Arts Precinct, as everything you could possibly need in terms of this was a stone's throw away and less than 10 mins walk to the river. Stunning views of the city! (apparently at the moment, it's Australia's tallest skyrise!) Amenities were all good too, and great if you want to do some cooking and save on eating out (but I'm not sure if there was oil or salt/pepper) Washing machine and dryer also available. But I only found the washing powder on my last morning. Bed was comfy. Response was also fairly quick, but don't try to call them because the number doesn't actually work! The room appeared clean, but on closer inspection it wasn't really cleaned thoroughly there was dust and hair in the corners of rooms and behind things, and marks on the bathroom door. Hardly a coffee selection. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Getting the key was a bit of a nightmare. You have to collect it from a convenience store around the corner. The person there was super unhelpful and intentionally so. There was detailed instructions on how to get the key but no information on how to get into the actual building - Trying to find your way in was a nightmare, there are two lobbies in the building - you should walk to the lobby called 'skyrise'! I think also very harsh and limited in terms of your check-out, they want you to wash the dishes and take out your own rubbish - otherwise they will keep your $300 bond, which I think is unreasonable. And if you lose your key or get locked out, that is also $300. On the plus-side at least the instructions are clear on this front lol.
