• HSusan (8/5): Very good location in Las Palmas - The view of the sea and the balcony was lovely. The apartment was clean with a good layout and close to bars and restaurants. Bed very comfortable.

• María Elena (10/5): Para volver una y otra vez - Todo era perfecto. Cama cómoda. Una terraza con vistas al mar para poder hacer las comidas al aire libre. Tiendas, restaurantes, farmacia y parada de la guagua cerca del apartamento. El personal siempre dispuesto a atenderte. El frigorífico me congeló todo …fruta, verduras, yogures….

• Martin (7/5): Despite the problems mentioned above, we had a good time in Las Palmas, location suited us. - The location suited us and it was a nice flat. We never met the host. The checking in arrangements were not that easy. Another resident let us into the block so that we could dump our cases, we then waited for 1 hr in a local bar for someone to come and let us in. They did contact us on time, BUT it was not a very flexible arrangement. It took us 2 days of cold showers to find that the water heater was unplugged, hence no hot water ! You have a slight leak from the cold feed pipe to the immersion heater, which drips onto the floor behind the washing machine. The flat was clean, but you have some horrible, black sticky stuff around the door onto the balcony, which has got onto the floor, then your feet, then inside the apartment, this wants sorting out. It would be helpful to have some instructions in English, on how to adjust the temperature of the fridge, as our Milk froze, as did our Melon, and Papaya, which were all spoilt ! Also a small dustpan would enable us to brush up the sand which collects on the balcony, and then gets carried back into the apartment.
• Sandra (8/5): Light, airy apartment with great view but lacks finishing touches - The view, proximity to the beach and sunny terrace. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, good washing machine and drying rack on terrace. The terrace was very private and not overlooked. Light and airy living space The handover of the keys wasn’t satisfactory as the lady did not communicate in English. There was only one set of keys. Opening the door had a knack to it which wasn’t demonstrated on arrival and having got locked out, had to WhatsApp for advice. There were 2 cracked wine glasses that were reported on arrival but not replaced in 3 weeks. Despite paying 90€ cleaning fee the indoor tiled floor was dirty which we had to mop ourselves. The terrace floor was very dirty and the drain on terrace was blocked which we had to unblock. The sun bed was also broken and rusty. The main entrance and corridors of the complex are very dark and dated. The internal steps from the main entrance door are very steep and people with mobility issues would find it difficult.
• Yee (10/5): i really love this place and will come again for sure. - the interior design and the view is beyond excellence. beautiful and clean. perhap one of the best room i ever had through out my travelling the door key is abit tricky to use.

• Willyxander (8/5): Very good - Everything was great. The view was amazing just in front of the beach. The landlord of the house was available and kind. The apartment was very close to loads of good restaurant, supermarket, and bakery shop to got breakstfast. Is close to a parking place and a car rental place too. Nothing.
• Simona (9/5): Beautiful apartment with great service - Beautiful, modern apartment with the best view possible. The host agency was very responsive and did everything in their power to make our stay as smooth as possible. We really appreciated the extra towels to use on the lounge chairs. We did have some internet problems, but the issues were for the whole building and not in the host's power to fix. The kitchen setup is a little bare compared to other apartments in the area (no peeler, grater or similar utensils).
• Ros (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern,comfortable apartment. Very clean,comfy bed and good shower. Communication with company reps excellent and requests actioned promptly. Location is perfect and the views well.... Can happily recommend. Not really a negative but more comfortable terrace furniture with cushions would make it even better.
