• Louisa (9/5): Fab views, very accessible, great city - fave Aussie city so far. - Great location. Fab views down the river and easy access to the city. Comfortable and clean. Great base to explore Brisbane. Enjoyed a walk down the river to Kangaroo Point - pelicans, cormorants, Australian water gheckos, coffee. CityCat back. Perfect. The check in (and ID sending for Hostaway) is a bit arduous but not uncommon for flats like these. If you make sure to read the instructions - and I mean study them! - then they are clear. Worth the views I think.

• Brightnye (1/5): Cheap and unorganised felt like a $50 motel stay… - I loved the architecture of the apartment and the furniture was pretty loved how comfy the couch was but really disappointed in comfort of beds my poor pregnant friend had the worst sleep ever! Well… pretty much everything… I didn’t like the service at all! Picking up the keys not only was a nightmare and made me want to blow my brains out I felt like I was dealing with 2 morons that had no idea how to check me in then when arriving at the very difficult location to find the car park was nearly impossible to get into we were holding up other vehicles from entering due to keys not scanning thru had to call helpline then when getting to park our park was taken… this was shocking service before even entering the room the elevator keys also had issues scanning then arriving in apartment smelt awful had clutter in kitchen cupboard then the toilet rolls where almost fully used and literally looked like someone just put on a 80% used roll in one bathroom had a nice folded triangle the other not… in main bedroom the painting was just leant against wall on shelf looking super cheap and clearly has fallen off wall really ruining absence of the room and beds were soooo hard and uncomfy also apartment stated no children aloud which is one reason I picked building yet there was an out of place baby chair in apartment and there was unorganised miss matching ugly coat hangers in walking that was an absolute eyesore I’m not impressed one bit as I thought I was booking a ultimate designer apartment as a content creator aesthetic and overall flow of any stay is what I look for I do not want to be arguing with an ezy mart guy who speaks little English for 45 mins to get my keys and having to talk to a women over the phone whom was clearly a brick wall too get to a apartment that could’ve spent 5minutes just to spruce up tiny improvements that would really make the apartment 10x better
• Emma (8/5): It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location with lovely views and car park. - It was a great location and clean and tidy apartment. The hosts were quick to respond to issues but would prefer that there weren't so many issues regarding the keys when checking in and out. The included car park was a bonus and the reason we booked this particular apartment. The keys weren't in the lockbox at the Ezymart when we arrived so messaged the host and the cleaner was to meet us at the lobby. This was a long difficult process with a car in the city but the response from the host was prompt. We received 3 messages to confirm 10am checkout and to return the keys to the Ezymart but when we arrived at the Ezymart at 9am it was closed for the day. Contacted the host who said to return the keys to the unit and acknowledged the door would be unlocked. Another difficult process with a car in the city.
• Alison (1/5): SCAM- DO NOT BOOK!!!! - Do not make the same mistake I did!!! This property takes a 'REFUNDABLE' $400 deposit and then makes an excuse about their account being 'frozen' and unable to process refunds. This went on for two weeks before I claimed with fair trade. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!
• Kate (1/5): Don't book through Be Local, they are terrible. - The apartment and location was great but unfortunately the booking agent that it is rented through (Be Local) were terrible! The worst accomodation experience I have ever had. When we arrived at the property we were not given instructions on how to get the key for the apartment. We could not contact the booking agent (Be Local) as the phone number they provided through booking.com did not work (it went through to a women who had nothing to do with the property). We also called the booking agent (Be Local South Brisbane) through their direct number but it went to message bank and no one answered despite many calls. When we finally did receive instructions we had to access the key from a convenience store that was closed. We had to wait (again) until it opened. The agent also charged me an additional $261.50 more than the booking.com price that I am having to work with booking.com to recover. What a disaster!

• Penelope (10/5): Apart from the carpark issue everything was perfect. - Great location, Lovely and clean accomodation. Allocated Car park was taken by someone else when we arrived. Tried to contact Host by phone but no answer or return phone call. Ended up parking in another spot until our allocated park was vacated the next day. Perhaps in the check in instructions include instructions on where you are allowed to park if someone else has taken the allocated park.
