• Tomasz (10/5): - Apartament jak za taką cene i lokalizacje cudo! Czysty, pięknie urządzony. Już na wejściu robi suler wrażenie ☺️ byliśmy zachwyceni, 2 osobne sypialnie z wygodnym materacem. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało. Jak najbardziej polecam!!!

• Eileen (1/5): Nie wieder in dieser Wohnung - Überhaupt gar nicht. Das Bad war super dreckig, die Toilette war super dreckig, auf den Laken waren noch weiße Flecken. In den Küchenschränken befand sich nassen und dreckiges Geschirr. Der Balkon war nicht ansprechend, also auch super dreckig, das Möbel darauf konnte nicht benutzt werden. Nichts. Das Bad war super dreckig, die Toilette war super dreckig, auf den Laken waren noch weiße Flecken. In den Küchenschränken befand sich nasses und dreckiges Geschirr. Der Balkon war nicht ansprechend, also auch super dreckig, das Möbel darauf konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Wohnung war auch nicht, wie angegeben auf 6 Personen ausgerichtet. (Stühle und Handtücher fehlten) Die Waschmaschine war Mega dreckig. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniere nicht. Wir mussten das Geschirr dann aus dem stinkenden Geschirrspüler wieder entfernen und von Hand waschen. Das Wohnzimmer war verstaubt, überall waren die Fenster dreckig. So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen.
• Patrick (8/5): On a passé 4 nuits à 4 dans ce jolie appartement spacieux et chaleureux, situé juste à l’extérieur du centre-ville. L’hô - Appartement très bien rénové, lumineux, confortable, un matelas ferme comme j’aime. Manque de certains équipements basique. Pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ou les mains, manque des manies pour le four, produit de vaisselle insuffisant. Les appartements sont très mal insonorisé ( vieux bâtiment).

• Michał (1/5): - Nic. Brudno. Na klatce schodowej i w mieszkaniu smród. Ubranie wiszące na balkonie. Wszędzie kurz. Pod prysznicem nagromadzony brud i pleśń. Grzyb na listwach. Odór wydobywający się z szafek. Co innego na zdjęciach, co innego na miejscu. Strata pieniędzy. Wyszliśmy stamtąd bez noclegu. Nie polecam.

• Dariusz (9/5): Nocowaliśmy w apartamencie w drodze na Chorwację. Najważniejsze były wygodne łóżka i prysznic. Wszystko na wysokim pozio - Bardzo wygodne łóżka
• Paulina (7/5): - Przestronne mieszkanie, dużo miejsca do spania, ciekawy wystrój, dobra lokalizacja - w pobliżu supermarket, drogeria, stacja benzynowa, parking podziemny, dosyć niedaleko od metra. Dobrze przekazane informacje co do dostępu do mieszkania. W bloku winda, niedużo schodów (nie było tak ciężko z walizkami). Zepsute 2 klami do drzwi (w tym wejsciowych), balkon niezagospodarowany i usytuowany w pobliżu okien sąsiadów (trudno z niego skorzystać), zepsuty piekarnik (a akurat chcieliśmy odgrzać obiad w piekarniku), stara mikrofalówka, w łazience bardzo wysoko usytuowana umywalka (4-letnie dziecko nie dosięgało, żeby umyć ręce i zęby).

• Magdalena (5/5): - Mieszkanie przestronne, ładnie urządzone. Rezerwacja była dla 5 osób, niestety pościel przygotowana dla 4. Pościel miało się wrażenie, że nie była zmieniona po poprzednich lokatorach. Odczuwalny zapach perfum na poduszkach. Naczynia i sztućce były brudne. Właściciel nie odpowiada na wiadomości poprzez booking tylko ciągle prosi, żeby kontaktować się za pomocą whatsApp. Generalnie fajne mieszkanko, szkoda tylko, że właściciel nie dba o czystość.

• Pavlína (8/5): - Bezproblémová komunikace i předání klíčů,tiché místo,dostatek prostoru v apartmánu,krásná koupelna,tramvají pár minut do centra, balkón,pohodlné přenocování pro 6 lidí. Trochu zatuchlý vzduch, chybějící háčky nebo věšáčky a nepodařilo se nám cokoli naladit v televizi.
• Anja (6/5): A little weird but ok value for money - The furniture was nice and the neighbourhood is quite quiet The towels had a weird damp smell, there wasn't enough toilet paper, there was no wifi.

• Garbhan (4/5): Avoid Like the Plague - Enjoyed the space and good location for public transport only 10 mins away from city centre. Shame the stay itself wasn’t as smooth. We kicked things off by going to the wrong address because it was listed incorrectly on booking.com. We also paid €15 for early check-in so we could drop our bags, but when we got to the correct location, ended up loitering outside for over an hour because the host gave us the wrong lockbox code. When contacting the host, they were reading texts and either not responding, or taking 20-30 minutes to reply, and when they did reply, the messages were rather blunt and cheeky. We were finally sent a “new” code, an hour later, however unless the host is a telekinetic locksmith, they cannot change a manual code from afar. Eventually, we got in at 3:15pm 15 minutes after normal check-in. When we asked for our early check-in fee back, only to be told “please note you arrived late.” We arrived on time… and stood there. Locked out. Like fools. Still no refund. Next up: the elusive hairdryer. Listing said there’d be one. Reality said otherwise. When asked, the host said “someone took it”. Great. If it’s gone, replace it or remove it from the listing. To add to this, on our final night, we tried to cook food in the apartment. Rookie mistake. We turned it on and entire apartment lost power. The place went dark like we were suddenly in a post-apocalyptic simulator. Turns out this isn’t new, other guests had mentioned it meaning the host knew and did nothing. Food ruined. Money wasted. And finally, half a roll of toilet paper for three people over four days. What were we meant to do, ration it like it’s wartime? In short, decent apartment, great location, but severely let down by the host. All issues were basic and totally avoidable, yet somehow managed with Olympic-level incompetence. Avoid like the plague.

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - The location is relatively close to the center. With tram 2 you can reach the center in 15-20 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and the beds are good. It is quiet and you can rest well after a day of walking around Vienna. The apartment doesn't have a single hanger, not even in the bathroom. There's no wifi, and the TV doesn't work either. Check-in was at 3pm, and the owner told us that if we wanted to check-in earlier we had to pay for it. Would he give us some of the money back if we checked out earlier???!!! Disappointed.
• Prodan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a secure and central part of Vienna , after you send your ids you recieve an email with all the acces codes to the premisse . The apartment is modern , it has a terrace , the beds are confortable , the host provides dishes and cuttlery , has a washing machine ,toiletries , dishwasher , hairdryer , extra towels , pillows and linen. You can park in front on the street , there is a biila and a bp nearby. The host is very responsive and helpfull There was no wifi at the moment , but this was temporary , we all had internet from roaming so that was not a problem for us .

• Evangelia (7/5): I loved everything!!! - We liked the soccer club near us and the children s voices. The trees and the tram station that it was 1 minute from the appartment. The people who live there are so kind and gentle. There s no espresso machine in the appartment and the only spot near us that it was early open in the morning was a bp gaz station! But they made a good coffee!And there aren't chairs in this great balcony.

• Piyush (8/5): Nice Clean Comfortable Apartment But Poor support from Host if you need any help. - Apartment was well maintained and had everything that one needs during stay. It was easy to reach with public transport . Normal checkin time is 3PM but I reached early and asked for checkin at 2PM. But host requested for extra fee for 1 hour early check in. This is not good hospitality. Also internet does not work here. They provided internet after lot of argument but that too did not work.

• Suzanne (8/5): Functional and large apartment accommodates for people comfortably. - This apartment was very large for European standards with lots of room for four people. The two beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. Communication was very quick and helpful. We arrived at night in the rain and it was difficult to find the apartment due to construction outside. The unit was not very clean. It looked neat and organized, but lots of dusty corners and dirty spots and garbage behind cabinets. The laundry from the previous guest day had been left out on racks to dry instead of being put away. The sofa bed did not work. Also, it was very cold and we were told the heat would not be turned on until November so that was a challenge.
