- Fernanda (8/5): Muito bom custo-benefício. - A localização é muito boa, perto do metrô e ponto de ônibus. A cama auxiliar é desconfortável, para 3 pessoas é ótimo, para mais fica apertado.

- RAFAEL (3/5): Dormitório - Localização Tive que solicitar toalhas para tomar banho e só fui receber depois de muita insistência, pedi pela tarde recebi tarde da noite. Solicitei tapetes para o banheiro e não recebi jamais, apesar de falarem que iriam mandar. As molduras das portas estavam caindo e as instalações estavam precárias: fios soltos, instalações a mostra e etc. o pessoal não conseguiu resolver as questões solicitadas.
