• Cáit (8/5): Ideal - Location excellent . Being private apt in complex we were not allowed use the shower facilities in the evening prior to departure as we had not booked with hotel . Fabulous facilities & pools in hotel and so well kept ! We Didn’t cook but apt seems to have had everything. Breakfast , lunch and dinner available ! Bathroom a little dated and towels well used coukd do with replacing .. Both would make a difference to apt experience. We hired pool towels from Reception by paying €20 deposit per towel .

• Liam (1/5): Lovely but stay in room 2508 stay in the actual hotel do not rent they’re apartment they will rob your money - Nothing stay in the hotel but avoid room 2508where I privately rented Absolute joke it’s a lovely hotel but I was staying in a rented apartment within it the person who owns it was a nightmare made it nearly impossible to get into the room after paying the deposit and jumping through all the hoops they made me do to finally get in there I was only there for three days and we left the place tidy and respectfully and I still haven’t got my deposit back absolute con I urge anyone that’s thinking about staying in they’re private apartment not to do so they will rob you like they did me DO NOT STAY there stay in the hotel instead as it’s amazing

• Mariek BREKVELD (7/5): - De locatie was fantastisch. Het zwembad waar gebruik van mag worden gemaakt, is geweldig. De bedden waren niet naar behoren. In het midden waren deze doorgezakt. We hebben de matrassen zelf regelmatig omgedraaid. Mijn partner had er echt rugpijn van. Ook hadden we voor 6 dagen, ieder maar één handdoek om ons mee te drogen.

• Hannah (10/5): Incredible stay, can’t wait to go back! - The location is PERFECT! Our first visit to Torremolinos/Benalmadena, and we loved every second. Right on the beach front, and also great for restaurants and bars in the evening. Everything is within walking distance and super close! The marina is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment! The apartment was clean and well prepared with amenities that we needed over our 1 weeks self catering stay. Plenty of toilet roll, clean towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher and tablets, plenty of cutlery, glasses/cups and plates etc. There’s a washing machine and tablets to wash all your towels etc. There’s also a hob and pans too for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment - nothing was too much and any messages were responded too very quickly! We will definitely book again when we next visit! Thank you so much. Hannah, Dom and the boys 🫶🏼 Not sure if it’s doable, but it would be an added bonus if the apartment had an oven to cook pizzas in etc for the children!

• Aileen (5/5): Terrible location for sleeping due to late night noise - Right next to the beach Modern apartment Nice balcony Coffee maker and pods and sugar was nice touch Noise from local bars till 2-3am - karaoke singing /partying Guests sitting on benches in hotel grounds till 3am talking loudly Could not sleep returned home shattered Twin beds. One bed was average comfort. Other one sags badly. Large cracks in wash hand basin-needs replacing Remote control was missing so unable to watch my Firestick on the tv in evenings . As a solo traveller this was a BIG issue for me and spoiled my stay here badly. Had I known I would not have booked it Two towels left for me. One was stained with hole. Freezer section of fridge unusable for food/ice cream as door missing Very disappointing and no apology

• Martin (7/5): Really good, stay nice modern hotel, an apartment - Location and swimming pool? Entertainment staff were really good. The reception staff were quite awkward about us, putting our suitcases in the luggage room the sunbeds are really close together
• Emma (10/5): Lovely apartment in an fantastic location - Apartment is excellent. Well kept, tidy and modern. Apartment is located in Hotel Ocean House and the hotel is lovely with great amenities. The swimming pool area is perfect with entertainment during the day & we had no problems getting a sun lounger. Hotel has direct access to the beach with keycards to the beach provided in the apartment. Hotel is close to Benalmádena with lots of options for restaurants/bars. Being within the hotel was quiet and felt very safe with the key code lock. Would highly recommend! No safe for valuables which would have been nice to have. Some kitchen equipment could do with an upgrade, old utensils, no colander for draining pasta etc. Balcony didn’t get the sun at this time of year so didn’t use this.
• Joanne (9/5): Great location, clean apartment definitely recommend. - Lovely clean apartment within a very nice hotel complex. Really liked the idea of not having a key and using a code. Great location to the beach and places to eat. Fantastic sea views from the poolside and the balcony. The balcony was constantly in the shade (not sure if it was just the time of year). We didn’t mind as we used the apartment as a base, if I was there in the summer I would like to sit out and read a book.

• Nikki (7/5): Great location, rooms a little worn! - location was fantastic, on the main carihuella near the marina. The pool was a salt water pool, with fantastic views over the water. Three pools in total with a lot of sun loungers and space to sit. We ate out and didnt drink in the hotel so cant comment on the amenties. We are frequent travellers to Benalmedina and would stay here again due to the location. 20 euro taxi if you book local, i paid 35 via booking app, 15 minute trip to and from the airport! my serviced apartment was a little worn and didnt match the pictures but given the amount of time we spent in the room, it wasnt too much of an issue

• Amanda (5/5): Good area needs a lot of updating, couch, ironing board - Area of torremolinos In the shade all day, bathroom has washing machine in it made it too small, washing machine very noisy and didn’t spin the clothes dry, couldn’t dry towels at all. No extra linen for extra pillows, so couldn’t use pillows. Couch very uncomfortable couldn’t sit on it with out cushions sliding off the base, could hear everything next door, two drawers has clutter in them and not clean inside the drawers. Ironing board not safe to use

• David (7/5): Enjoyed the location very much. - Location is very good. Appliances were good. Wasn’t keen on the shower. The curtains were quite dangerous on the balcony doors. Net curtains were too long. The chairs on the balcony were rather uncomfortable.

Apartment lovely would benefit from a bit of a refurb - It was great having the freedom of an apartment but all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. Stayed at the hotel before and love it. The location is great. The swimming pools are lovely and clean. The food is really good and the entertainment around the pool was good. The settee in the apartment was a sofa bed and was really uncomfortable. The apartment wasn't huge but ok for 2 but no more. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which took up quite a lot of room but i suppose you may need this if you are staying for a week or more. The apartment had quite a few dirty marks on the walls and could do with a bit of refurbishment.
