• Nadine (3/5): Lovely apartment and area, disappointing maintenance, service and communication. - It's a nice modern spacious apartment in a great location and lovely suburb. It has a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely view of the bay inlet from the balcony. The main problem we had was the air conditioning that was not effective. We notified the managers on the first day. We were operating the system as instructed - closed all windows and doors, set at 22/23 degrees but the room temperature was around 29-31 degrees during the day. Our booking was for 13 nights. I made multiple requests by the booking.com app messages and called. At first I was told there was no problem, then I was told that they would pass it on to their team and get back to me. Eventually by day 8 I was told that a service person would come and that I had to be there to let them in. No one came. I explained that our stay was for medical purposes and that my daughter was coming back to the apartment after having surgery and that it was extremely important that the air-conditioning was working especially with the heat and humidity in Sydney at this time of year. I was told that I could buy a fan and they would refund me. This problem created a lot of stress and was also very uncomfortable on most of the days of our stay. I have never had such poor response or communication from an accomodation provider on booking.com. Other issues included: Mixer tap and shower head in second bathroom not working properly There was dried fruit scraps behind the bedside table in the second bedroom The bed headboards were not properly secured to the wall in both bedrooms but worse in the main bedroom The king bed in second bedroom was 2 single beds pushed together The bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work so I had to take a lamp from the family room There was only 1 desert spoon in the cutlery drawer so I had to buy a set of spoons There was no cleaning service offered for a 13 night stay and minimal cleaning equipment or materials The cover of the dryer vent kept falling off The fridge seal was very hard to open. This accomodation was not cheap and I expected better facilities and service.

• Vera (9/5): Perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Lane Cove - Für uns eine sehr gute Lage in Lane Cove. Bushaltestelle ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung war super und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Der Parkplatz war etwas schwierig zu finden, aber das ist jammen auf hohem Niveau

• Louise (7/5): I was surprised that I was required to pay a damage deposit over and above the daily cost of the property. When damages - The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. No extractor fans in bathrooms do major condensation on windows in the morning. Window frames and sills were not clean. Some major wear and tear on walls and doors.
• Ming (7/5): Good - The spacious of the apartment, furnitures/appliances are in good condition/quarlity, free parking spot included. There are some small maintenance issues, like mixer/shower head/curtains etc.; Absence of internet (WIFI) connection.

Please improve information exchange. - For us location was very good - near to our house for our visitors Information/Communication about entry and keys etc was only received on the day of check in after I had rung several times. This causes concern when you have 4 friends arriving from the country. Had to call also to get more bowls and mugs as there were not 4 - this was solved with a phone call.

No response after emails and phone calls No cleaning whatsoever despite a weekly clean promised No response to questions either by phone or email Second bedroom had 2 singles pushed together, rather than a double bed as advertised
