• Helen (10/5): Very relaxing. A genuine home from home with better views. - A lovely apartment. Great central location.Good view over the square and to the sea beyond. Met by the host who was charming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. An abundance of things supplied, far in excess of any other place we have stayed. Highly recommend this apartment. Cestujeme s manželkou hodně, vybíráme si kvalitní ubytování, ale tohle byl opravdu nadstandard 🙂

• Meier (10/5): Wir haben alles richtig gemacht! - Die Wohnung war super, die Lage im Ort für uns perfekt, Sauberkeit, Komfort, Ausstattung waren ausgezeichnet. Die Vermieterin, Fanny, war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, eine tolle Gasgeberin. So soll Urlaub sein, gerne bald wieder!!! gar nichts!

• Simone (9/5): Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung in Nerja. - Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Nerja. Der dazugehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplatz war sehr praktisch, da es im Sommer schon sehr voll in der Stadt war. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit in dem Haus und war bei Problemen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft war eine Erstausstattung schon vorhanden, was sehr nett war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Zentrum sind alles perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der große Raum für die Koffer war sehr praktisch. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt war es nachts und morgens leider recht laut. In der Nacht wurden die Mülltonnen geleert und morgens stand vor dem Parkhaus ein pfeifender Polizist. Leider sind während unserem Aufenthalt einige Sachen defekt gewesen. (Die Türklinge im Bad viel plötzlich ab, die Duschbrause hat sich gelöst und die Waschmaschine war undicht.) Eines der vier Betten war sehr durchgelegen, so dass einer von uns auf der Coach übernachtet hatte.

• Judith (10/5): A superb apartment with a wonderful host - This property is beautifully decorated and located in a superb position. The beach is a short walk and it has some superb bars and restaurants om the doorstep. Every need is catered for and the owner is incredibly helpful. There is nothing to dislike about this property. If you want outdoor private space this is not for you as the balcony is very small but it is a perfect place to watch the world go by.

• John (10/5): Excellent all round. Only out board space inconvenient. - The location was excellent The owner Fanny was excellent. Helpful and always there to help. The apartment was well fitted out Kitchen and bathrooms very good. The en suite shower was very good . And a full bath. We did not use the best/shower over the bath it was slippery but it was a treat to have two full bathrooms... The only disappointment was with the balcony. It is too small.!!!! But not the owners fault. BUT only 2 chairs . There was 3 of us . So it was difficult and unsocial... Also a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms was a slight inconvenience.... BUT I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment or the lovely ladies who runs it. There was 3 adukts I would highly Just the small balcony You go to Spain for the sunshine.

• Wojtek (10/5): Great apartment with a wonderful host :) - The apartment is a dream – spacious, super clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for (we traveled with a small child). We were especially delighted by the wonderful surprise that the fridge was already stocked with essentials – a really thoughtful gesture to start our stay! Thank you, Fanny! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the charming old town, right by Plaza de España, yet the bedrooms are at the back where it’s quiet. The underground parking space was also very practical. There was plenty of room for everything, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, even with warm blankets (we were there in winter) – we felt at home right away. The large kitchen left nothing to be desired; it truly had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Fanny is amazing – always available when we needed something and gave us many helpful tips! We can highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return! Nothing! We would recommend bringing slippers due to the tile floors, which are typical in Spanish holiday apartments. :)

The apartment was spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and immaculately clean. It was equipped with all modern conveniences. The location - the beautiful Plaza de España - is perfect, just a short stroll to the stunning Balcon de Europa, beautiful beaches, and a variety of excellent restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. What made our stay outstanding was our incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly host, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Nerja. We can’t wait to return!

• Sharron (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. - Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with everything you need and very nice welcome pack which meant we didn't need to rush out to get any shopping. There is a carrefour in the Plaza which is well stocked. Fanny our host met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and was available if we had any problems. Although the apartment is overlooking Plaza De Espana the square itself only has a few restaurants so it isn't noisy at night. The central square for the Balcon De Europa is literally 2 minutes walk away and buzzing with bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours etc and from there there is direct access to a beach. There are a lot of steps down to it so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. It was great to have a balcony for morning tea/coffee though you couldn't use it as a family because it is quite small with only 2 chairs. There was some building work at the back of the apartment which unfortunately is where the bedrroms are so we were woken up by this.
• Cheryl (10/5): Top class - This property is exceptional. Spotless and fully equipped in a location that is quiet and respectful of local residents. A welcome basket awaited us. Lovely location over looking the square (Plaza de España). 7 minutes walk from the beach & very close to the restaurants, tapas bars etc. Fanny was an exceptional host and helped when one of our party had a minor accident.

Fantastic host/property owner who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free -even taking us to the local hospital after a minor accident for one of our party. Would highly recommend.
• Alan (10/5): The apartment was excellent as was the hostess. The welcome Pack was a bonus as well. - Better communication from yourselves and the vendor and myself! Because you weren’t informing the vendor in good time with regards to our arrival we missed our first night! Myself, aged 82 and my wife, aged 79 had to spend the night sleeping in our car in a Car Park! Not exactly a good start to our holiday! Again it was lack of communication on your behalf and I can assure you that I am not impressed!!!!

• Jeffrey (10/5): A very comfortable high quality stay in Nerja - The apartment was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed as regards equipment and facilties. It was very comfortable. Quality bed linen and towels. Excellent bathrooms, with the bedrooms at the rear, so quiet. The kitchen and living space meant it was easy (if we wanted) to spend time indoors. The host, Fanny, was very easy to communicate with.., very friendly. The arrangements for access and departure easy to understand and complete. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and will look to revisit again next year. There wasnt anything we didn't like.
