• Carolina (9/5): Muy bueno - La Ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la costanera, caminando en 15 minutos estás en el centro. Las camas del departamento son muy cómodas. La piscina temperada excelente. El personal del edificio muy atentos. En general el departamento es muy cómodo, tiene linda vista y estaba muy limpio. Los utencilios de la cocina son escasos, uno puede cocinar pero sería mucho mejor si contara con exprimidor, rallador, una tabla más grande, pocillos, tazones más grandes. Podría contar con algunos juegos de mesa para la entretención nocturna, como nosotros viajamos en avión no fue posible llevar muchas cosas y tuvimos que comprar allá.

• Rosa Ana Castro (8/5): - La ubicación. La piscina helada. Falta de elementos en la cocina,tuvimos que pedir un tirabuzón a un amable vecino. Falta un televisor en el salón comedor. El único existente en uno de los dormitorios no tenía conexión.

• Luis (10/5): Un apartamento muy cómodo y agradable - La ubicación, en la costanera, tranquilo y con lugares alrededor para comprar o tomar algo. Vistas estupendas, recepción muy amable. Unicamente sugeriría al propietario que pusiera un poco más de menaje (ensaladera, cafetera normal...) y que avise en la info general que para usar la piscina hay que llevar gorro...te lo dice cuando falta poco para llegar y claro, no es una cosa que se lleve uno a Chile.

• Amparo (10/5): Excelente estadía - Que el departamento contaba con todas las facilidades que uno necesita y mas. La ubicación es fantástica. Que para poder acceder a la piscina había que utilizar gorra de baño, que es algo con lo que uno no viaja. Por ese motivo no la utilizamos.

• Lorene (8/5): Beautiful place but lots of communication issues - Great location, beautiful views and easy walk to restaurants and town. Clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet at night, peaceful We were not told in advance that we would need to pay online (using a payment site we never heard of) several days prior to check in. This is a private owned place and the receptionist knows nothing about property. Also, everything is in Spanish. If you can't read you'll have a problem. The code they gave us for door was wrong! We spent a lot of time trying to get hold of someone with the right code. Turns out it was the right code but they had another key box located by the door that they don't use. You need to put code in the door after waving your hand around for a bit! (Not in the information provided). Also, there is no thermostat, only heaters, which worked fine BUT we spent a lot of time trying to find the heating system as they have instructions on door that does not match what's inside. It's a great place but owners need to do a better job of communicating the prepayment requirements, remove the physical key box, explain in detail how to use code, change information on thermostat and translate information.
• Daniel (9/5): Great apartment with incredible view of lake - The apartment was new, spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It was very cozy and provided a home away from home.for me. The owner was also very kind to allow a late check out. The shower gel was limited in supply. And the check in process could be better. You should include the password for the wifi for the guests and also, provide the correct code to open the door. And the tag to open the gym room was also missing and I always had to get the receptionist to help me open the gym door
