• Marcin (5/5): Not booking again - The location is certainly the main positive aspect of the property. Shenzhen North train station is close by. I didn't like the smell of the apartment. You can tell that cigarettes were smoked inside both the living room and the bedrooms. There are no plates, no mugs, no cutlery. One needs to ask for toilet paper, rubbish bags, soap, shower gel etc. The place is not particularly clean.

• Bernice (8/5): Would I go back there? Probably, but I will make sure to bring some kitchen stuff with! - The apartment is very spacious and had two bedrooms upstairs with large double beds. Downstairs also had a large double bed. Two bathrooms which was great, and it had a washing machine and a dryer. Friendly staff, and always accommodating with all our parcels that arrived. Foyer always smelled nice, very neat upon entry. Very close to major train station. Best thing about it was the size of apartment - was very happy with that. Unfortunately upon arrival absolutely NO kitchen utensils. Nothing to cook with, no plates, no cups, only two mugs. Going there on holiday you dont expect to rush out and have to go buy a lot of kitchen stuff, like pots and frying pans and so on so that was a big disappointment. Also, they service your room whenever you request it and by "service" means not doing beds, no new sheets. Just clean towels and a quick mop and half clean the bathrooms. Also I could not hang my washing up outside on the patio as most of the time it smelled so bad of sewerage, a lot of the times the apartment reeked. Also the neighbour above us was doing renovations so every night he would be banging away above our heads until sometimes midnight, kept us awake.

Instructions could have been a little clearer. Nevertheless, the host was friendly and explained how to enter my room.

• See Wai Chan (8/5): Very Good Apartment Strategically Located in ShenZhen - Convenient location, comfortable bed & good room service cleaning when we requested. There were insufficient hook hanger in toilet & both rooms. Suggest to add on suction hook in both toilet & rooms for convenience of cloth hanging. There is also insufficient space to hang wet clothings as rack is too small. I suggest you can add additional suction rod on top at the balcony.

• Matthias (4/5): Good location; however, will not return. Was very dirty and unkempt. - The flat is very close to the railway station and a mall with several restaurants and shops. Our family of 5 (three kids ages 6, 5, and 2) enjoyed the extra space for our two-night stay. The indoor staircase was a hit with the kids (brought a Slinky). The sheets and towels were clean and we appreciated the shampoo and body wash provided. The couch was comfortable and the hot water heater was nice and hot. They provided an extra pillow and towel when we asked. The flat was very dirty. I wiped things down because I couldn't handle how grungy everything was. There were handprints on the glass wall along the hallway and the shower curtain was moldy. I saw hair in a lot of places. The bed was really hard and I couldn't sleep well because of how uncomfortable it was; we almost left after the first night. We had to buy hand soap for the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the first 24hrs.

• Fung (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent, as it is very close to the north train station. There is one bathroom that couldn't be used for shower, because the draining system has problem, water didn't go out fast.

They don't know what cleaning is in this hotel, everything is moldy, dust is everywhere, it's better not to look under the sofa and bed, the walls are dirty, the floors are washed with just water, the mop is soaked in the SINK in the kitchen, the bathroom is not washed, there is no disinfection, you can safely buy chemicals in the store downstairs and pour everything yourself. I will definitely not come back here again

• Taefu (1/5): Misleading not a 4 star facilities should not be rated at all. - This facility is definitely not a 4 star. It stunk of cigarett from lifts to room. Requested a non smoking and we were given 2 room and bith were horrible and smelly. The only good thing was how helpful staff were. Misleading advertising its not a 4 star facilities. Smells of cigarettes bad throughout the building. Was so uncomfortable felt dirty being in there.

Great location near restaurants, public transport and hub getting around super convenient. Cleanliness left apartment for improvement and the check-in process was a bit confusing… it felt more like entering an office building. Although we received instructions to go to the 5th floor, we were unsure whether we were allowed to pass through the lobby gates, which resembled those in a corporate tower.

There are restaurants at the train station that we enjoyed; The variety was vast. The beds were comfortable. There is need to improve on the cleanliness. It can be better. Have trouble finding the property in the first instance. Have to ask people around for direction. Although there are receptionist at the ground floor, the apartment's is at the 5th floor. Also pots and pans are not provided, iron and ironing board are not provided.

• James (6/5): Not very comfortable and not worth the cost. Size doesn’t matter in this case. - The apartment was very large, so lots of space for relaxing. The large couch was great for that. It’s adjacent to the railway station which was nice, but it’s difficult to find if you’re unfamiliar with Shenzhen North Station. Many things were in disrepair and the windows were disgusting. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Hand, finger, and face prints were visible. The mattresses are quite old and very bumpy. A few springs were broken. There was no hot water. There was a TV, but no channels or cords to connect to devices. There is no soundproofing as I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking while I was trying to sleep. The smell of cigarette smoke wafted up from the downstairs neighbor and had most of the apartment smelling like cigarettes.

• Ricardo (8/5): Great Staff and decent size place - First thing to do when going to Shenzhen China is download Alipay. This app allows you to add your credit card. Can pay for almost everything in China with this app and even order Taxi rides. App is in Mandarin (Chinese) so use google translate. Having a VPN like Surfshark helps alot as google cant be used without it. To the actual place. Check in is a little confusing as its a huge buildings with companies inside that are individually hiring out apartments. Ask them to send Chinese address makes it easier for taxi. Building is called HSBC Building. Go to Floor 5 room 530 to check in. From there everything should be smooth. Staff is Very friendly. They ordered is food (paid them back with alipay) and even helped with ordering taxis when we struggled. Its a decent size apartment for a family of 4. Rooms are upstairs and kitchen and tv / lounge downstairs. Has Two bathrooms. Any problems was also sorted out quickly by staff. Aircon worked welland has washing machine and Dryer. Kitchen has Fridge and Stove. Internet speed was ok View from apartment is nice. place is also near to Shenzhen North Station which allows you to travel to Hong kong Kowloon Station easily. The Shenzhen North Station is about 100 to 200 meters max from the apartment. There is also some good restaurants nearby. No pots, No cutlery, No Plates, No Microwave. This is ridiculous. You have to go down to floor 5, room 530 to warm your food as there is a microwave. We were staying on Floor 18. And if you ask for cups they give you a few plastic ones. Crazy how its a self catering unit but nothing is supplied in the kitchen to make your self something. Must you travel with pots and plates hahahaha Wifi as mentioned was ok. If you want to stay close to Shenzhen North Station its good. Will prefer next time to stay closer to The electronics market as Traffic can get a bit crazy in Shenzhen making short trips a pit long in a Taxi.

• Lian (7/5): Apartment near Shenzhen North station - Proximity to the Shenzhen North station though we had a tough time finding the apartment block from Shenzhen North station. The bathroom lights were too dim and appeared to have blown. Downstairs bathroom drainage was bad, flood when bathing. A lot of uncleared rubbish in the corridor next to the apartment unit.

• Joanne (7/5): Overall is good except for the first day findling the apartments. - Apartment has meet the expectation, clean and comfort. For visitors whom visit this apartment first time it was very difficult to find the way to access thorough the apartment from the train station as we has been asking many people and spent more than 1 hour to look for the apartment. Perhaps the clear direction has to be provided before visitor arrive and please also provide some kitchen utensil and cutlery in case visitor needed to us it during the stay.
