Alastair (1/5): The flat was cold and uncomfortable. - The flat was very cold all days. It was uncomfortable. The furniture was not adequate ( wardrobe very small). Crockery and cutlery were not matching ( as if gathered from different households). It was noisy due to building work in a flat upstairs. No doubt owned by the same person but we were not warned.
