• garry (10/5): Beautifully built conversion with style in a lovely serene location, would certainly go back again. - Lovely quite location, very well looked after property. Good information pack, extremely clean with good fixtures and fittings. Host popped in to see us and was very pleasant. The wood pellet stove was fantastic. It would have been nice to have bedside lighting. Stairs were really too steep to be safe, Ok if you climbed them like a ladder but coming down was treacherous I'm sad to say. Could easily be improved by moving the bottom step 500mm towards the external door giving a little less steepness and increasing the tread width. These comments did not take away our enjoyment at staying there.
• Kathleen (8/5): Leuke locatie, mooi verblijf, rustige omgeving en toch veel te beleven op korte afstand. Wij keren zeker nog terug! - Prachtige ligging, mooi huisje, alles was aanwezig! Barbecue was prima, graag ook wat hulpmiddelen voorzien (grijptang, vork met lange steel), maar we hadden het allicht ook gewoon kunnen vragen op het moment zelf.

• Monika (8/5): Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. - Das Haus war sehr schön. Gelegen in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend. Sehenswertes in der Umgebung schnell und gut erreichbar. Strand De Panne richtig toll und mit dem Auto in 20 min. erreichbar. Die sonnige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein, sollte aber für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen abgeschirmter gestaltet werden, damit man etwas privater ist.
• Geert (8/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. - De locatie was prachtig en enorm rustig gelegen. Ideaal om met gezin en vrienden te ontspannen en genieten van de rust. Een klein minpunt is dat er maar 1 toilet aanwezig is (vooral als je met 6 personen aanwezig bent)
• Brenda (10/5): Heerlijk genieten! - Hele vriendelijke eigenaars, rustig gelegen en heel proper! Aanrader! Wij zouden iets voorzien voor de warmte in de bovenste kamers; airco of ventilatoren!
• Elizabeth (8/5): Lovely house in peaceful location but not too far from amenities. - Lovely house in a gorgeous location - it would be superb in the summer to have meals on the terrace with the views over the countryside but was still lovely in the winter with stunning sun rises/sun sets. Well stocked kitchen with welcoming hosts and friendly cat, lovely comfortable beds and soft towels. Good, safe parking and not too far from the main roads. Ypres is lovely - with plenty of non-WW1 things to do if that is not your thing. House and area well worth a visit and less than an hour from Calais. I would say that we visited in late January during a very cold and wet spell, however, the house was cold upon arrival and took several days to warm up, despite keeping the wood burner on pretty much constantly - and we live in an old house so are used to this challenge! The bedrooms need independent heating. Stairs could be a challenge to those less able or with very young children. The only toilet is downstairs so this may also be a consideration.

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful house, very great and lovingly furnished, everything was thought of. The hosts are very friendly and kind! The environment is also perfect, away from the noise of the cities you only hear nature and animals, just wonderful. There is a lot to do in the area with little effort. Visit beautiful small towns or reach great beaches in 20 minutes. Thank you for a great holiday! We liked everything...
