• david (7/5): Acceptable two bedroom apartment for short stay. - 20 minute walk from station & shops for our group. Apartment is well equipped. Bed quilts could be larger for 2 people in double bed. Stairs to fourth floor, no elevator. OK for short stay. Stairs to fourth floor. Quilts could be bigger. Kitchen chairs uncomfortable.
• toshiyuki (4/5): アメニティが改善されないと利用はしにくい。 - ベッドは適度に硬く寝やすかった。最寄りの駅、近くにコインパーキングもあり利便性は良かった。 冷蔵庫が小さい、風呂の給湯温度調整が難しい、ゴキブリが居た。あと、バスタオルは各人用意されていたがタオルも欲しかった。4階だったが階段しかなく荷物の搬入搬出が大変だった。
• Mick (10/5): - It was clean, staff were friendly and it was located in a great spot. Amazing teppanyaki place around the corner as well. The beds were rock hard. I woke up sore every morning.

• Aditi (1/5): Room wasn’t clean, location was bad - Nothing Everything, Location is far from the station at least 15mins walk from keikyu kamata station Stairs were so dirty (dint feel like it was Japan), it’s on the 4th floor and stairs are narrow.. No Japanese bidet, doors were broken.. Bed sheets, towels and bed spreads looked unclean. Bedroom Japanese style and bathroom floor were unclean with hair on them.
• Toni (5/5): Una bona opció si vols estar a prop de l’aeroport però no per estances llargues a Tokyo. - Està a 25 minuts de l’aeroport. No és aprop de l’estació (20 minuts caminant). No hi ha comerços ni supermercats aprop, s’ha d’anar a l’estació. És al 4 pis (sense ascensor) i si vas carregat amb maletes grosses (com nosaltres) és molt pesat. Li manca una mica més de neteja general. L’habitació de matrimoni té un aire condicionat molt vell (adjuntem foto) i fa molt soroll, que fa que no deixi dormir. I per últim, les mides del pis són petites que fa que no sigui molt còmode.

• YI LING (6/5): - 住宿位置非常安靜，能夠好好休息。 浴室排水孔阻塞嚴重，水要花一個晚上才能排乾。雖然反映給老闆時能夠迅速獲得回覆，但可能當時時間在六日，沒辦法臨時安排人手過來幫忙解決。
• Hampel Előd (10/5): Cozy little place in a quiet area - We needed a place to stay for one night, near Haneda airport and this was perfect. From the train station it was just a 10-15 minute walk. Even though we stayed for just one night, I would say that the place is a good choice for a longer leisure since it has all the facilities needed: private bathroom, washing machine, AC, etc. The windows don't have to much noise cancelling, but the apartment is in a quiet area, nobody will bother your peace. Close to the apartment there are stores and restaurants. Our alarm didn't go off in the morning and the host was kind enough and understanding with our slightly late delay. One minor thing, but I wouldn't subtract any points for this: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, just a narrow staircase.

• Clark (5/5): Passable - It was a good price It was a little far, the water didnt warm up so couldn't shower after a 15 hour flight,
• Hiro (9/5): Superb - The rooms are spacious. It can fit 4 adults. The host provides many amenities for us. No elevator in the building. The room is located on the 4th floor with narrow stairs. You may need to reconsider if you stay with big luggage.

• Miles (7/5): Great for a short stay! - Great apartment with everything you’d need! Comfy beds and decent location. The western bedroom was very cold, you’d either have to have a really loud AC on or freeze as the window can’t shut due to AC.
• Venetia (8/5): Overall good stay. Good communication. Good facility for the size. - Clean Cold could not work heater. But not their problem. Blankets not warm.
