The interior feels modern yet warm, with high‑quality finishes and a layout that makes the space incredibly comfortable. The mountain views are stunning and add a real sense of calm to the stay. The apartment is well‑equipped, especially the kitchen, and the bed and living area make it easy to relax after a day in Zermatt. The location is ideal—peaceful, yet still convenient for reaching lifts, restaurants, and shops. The shuttle is close, if you need to take it. Walking to the center is very easy and a very short walk. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a stylish, serene base in Zermatt.

• Mary (9/5): Wonderful , apart from the above minor details. - All great The lack of a seat in the ski room was a real pain for getting our ski boots on and off- really difficult and a big frustration for us aged 68 ! In fact- backbreaking! Lots of lovely mood electronic candles in the apartment but NONE OF THEM WORKED!!! The batteries need changing please.
• Mark (9/5): Superb location, large renovated and very practical apartment. - The location is absolutely superb. Simply cannot overstate how good the location was. Five minute easy walk to the main Zermatt gondola (one that accesses the most extensive ski area that includes the more advanced ski slopes). (Can pay for lockers to leave skis and boots at the sport shop next to gondola). Similarly, easy five-six minute walk in other direction to the restaurants/shops/supermarket. All streets in Zermatt are snow cleared - so walking is easy. It's on fourth floor with elevator. The apartment seems recently renovated and is a great size, fully equipped kitchen (Zermatt is very expensive to eat out in!), two bedrooms are spacious (second bedroom has three single beds – 1 attic style), proper dining table etc etc Couches comfortable. It was slightly too warm for us even with the heating turned way down (fourth floor so it's getting heated from below) - but this was easily solved by opening windows in bedrooms for a short period before bed. So not an issue. This apartment should be a ten (or even eleven!) out of ten, except for one (easily solved) but critical issue. Only given ONE key. There is a key lock box to use downstairs to “share the key”, but this is not always practical. The door to the apartment cannot be locked from inside without a key (very poor lock choice). The security door to the apartment building is locked at night after 8pm, but the apartment block is fully accesible during the day. If someone is sick and needs to sleep (which happened to us), you are forced to leave the apartment unlocked. Not a great feeling. If some of your party wish to go out after 8pm and some do not (eg leave teenagers and go out for dinner / drink), you are also forced to leave the apartment unlocked. We found this very, very frustrating. The manager could not solve as the owner had only supplied them one key.

• Katherine (10/5): Great stay, beautiful space, incredible views! - This apartment was in the perfect location, impeccably clean, and incredibly well-appointed. Everything in the space was well-thought out and top tier quality…from the appliances and bedding, to the lighting and decor. Views of Matterhorn were magnificent, balconies were plentiful, and access was super easy. Location was prime…not far from the train station and city center, yet still close to the Matterhorn cable car. The quality of the space impressed us.

Right in the middle of town, close to shops. Gorgeous view of Matterhorn from balcony. Great facilities. Lovely bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. If had basic tea/ sugar / cling wrap would be my only suggestion
• MICHAEL (9/5): Superb apartment with Matterhorn view - Excellent location and easy walking distance to town centre, main railway station, Gornergrat railway station and Matterhorn Express gondola. Beautifully furnished and finished. Really has a lovely feel about the property. Very well equipped. Brilliant balcony to watch the world go by. The "Matterhorn window" really is an excellent design touch from the kitchen. Unfortunately, the piano shown in the photo's is not for guest use and is locked which was disappointing, as that was a big reason for us booking the property. Whilst the beds and pillows were no doubt quality, they were not to our liking but that is just personal taste and always subjective when travelling.

The location was perfect for the gondola / about 200m from the apartment, and about 5 mins walk into the gorgeous pedestrian area of Zermatt. Oliver and his team, were very helpful and always available if needed. The views out the windows staring wistfully at the mountains every morning, with the Matterhorn peering down beckoning to get on with the day.
