- Mark (8/5): Good location - The gentleman who greeted me at reception and showed me to the room was very polite and helpful. Relatively modern apartment building. Easy access to the monorail and local attractions. Fast Internet. Shops and restaurant on site. The apartment could do with a coat of paint. It's looking worn. Everything else is fine.

- Diana (10/5): It was one of the highlights of my stay!!! Absolute gem. - Location!!!! Central!!! 31st floor in KL with all amenities for what I paid was an absolute steal! And it’s a fully furnished studio so you can do your laundry with the laundry machine. Checkin you have to message or call someone. That was unusual but as soon as he came everything was okay.

- Assia (10/5): - The location was nice. Everything was provided Cloth rack as well was provided upon request. The host was very helpful, nice, and always there when needed. There was a money exchange office, a 24/7 shop and a restaurant in the building. We had a wonderful stay. The receptionist could be more welcoming (not the host). When checking in, he only asked me to call the host on my end, while for him would have been much easier to make a local call.

Then we ask the agent want to change room but still got the same room but a bit better then before. also there is no hot shower, the heater not function. The room’s facilities are not same as in the description like luxury but exactly not. swimming pool are bad design like swim inside in the aquarium.

Very difficult the building access gate.it stay infornt elevator. Building management need to improve it.in the room need to change iron.i got iron new but cable is to short.

No internet for the 3 nights. Property manager tried to remedy that by giving me a chip with wifi on but we couldn't hotspot the TV or our laptops from that. Access to wifi was important to us as we had some work to do.
