• Guest (5/5): Fine for one night but wouldn't recommend for longer - The bed was very comfortable and the property was in a good location. Good transport links to the nearby train station with transport running late into the night. Bathroom and kitchen not up to cleanliness standard. Things like soap and washing up liquid running out. Shower and toilet particularly not very clean. Host also works from home during the day so feels awkward to use the shared spaces. The included "breakfast" was just access to the host's cupboard of breakfast cereals. No coffee etc. provided.
• Roxanne (9/5): Very nice host and experience! - The host is very nice and make guests feel home. He wanted to prepare us a brakefast even if not included in the price! The room was comfortable and the appartment was clean. And the price was low compared to other accomodations in Dublin! Maybe just add a bin in the toilets for female guests, especially that it's not a private bathroom. Other than that, it's close to phoenix park, but a little far from the city center if you are walking, so good to keep in mind.

• Cédric (8/5): Very good, only the bed is rather small - The hole apartment was for ours, everything works good. Small bed, it was not king size. You dont have direct transport to the city centre.

Perfect host and acco - Very quiet, modern, bright and clean; we could make use of everything in the kitchen and living area; great location for train station to centre and canal walk. • Barbara (10/5): It is in an excellent location, and the owner is a fantastic person. - It was in a very good location. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood with helpful people. The layout of the house was excellent. The kitchen and the living room were what I liked the most. We had a separate bathroom, so we could use it comfortably anytime. +The owner is very attentive and truly kind. There was no such thing.
