- Manuel (9/5): Ubicación perfecta. - El piso tenia de todo. Estaba muy limpio y una ubicación perfecta, tanto para conocer Oviedo como alrededores. El anfitrion siempre atento a mis dudas y nos dejo un regalito de bienvenida, que nos bebimos en familia. La cocina tiene de todo lo que necesites: capsulas de cafe, azucar, ... y todo muy limpio. Cerca habia tiendas para poder comprar todo lo que necesitas. A pesar de tener garage , yo aparque siempre en la puerta. Repetiria

- Simon García (9/5): En general, todo bien - El piso era acogedor y estaba todo muy limpio. El ruido de los vecinos y los colchones de las camas, demasiado blandos.Te hundías en ellos y por las mañanas entumecidos, un poco, por dolor de espalda.
