• Ekaterina (1/5): Unfortunately, this apartment was far below the standard advertised for the price paid and honestly felt unsafe to stay - Close to the beach. Good size and location. • Large area of old black mold on the bathroom ceiling, with water dripping from it after every shower • Exposed electrical wires hanging from the bathroom ceiling in a wet area • Shower leaked heavily onto the floor every time due to broken sealing • Visible old water damage and black stains on the wooden wall • Toilet flushing system was not working properly • Oven was not secured and nearly fell out while opening it hot • Staff attempted to enter the apartment multiple times while we were inside • Staff used the access code and tried entering without permission, which was a serious privacy violation • Check-in only at 5 PM and check-out already at 11 AM • Management ignored the reported issues and refused any compensation despite the seriousness of the problems No supermarket in the near area

• Václava (10/5): Naprostá spokojenost - Kousíček od moře a promenády. Podél moře dojdete až do Alicante ale i na druhou stranu do blízkého městečka. Apartmán má úplně vše na co si vzpomenete. Krámek kousek ale pozor má jen od 9-15:00 my přijeli v 15:30 a neměli co jíst. Restaurace mimo sezónu vaří jen o víkendu!!!! Top drink a tapas restaurace Al Tucan (ryby) moře mělké a čisté, pláže denně upravené zametené. Blízko též autobus který vás doveze do centra Alicante. ❤️ Hluk z letadel ale nám to nevadilo ☺️ u letiště s tim musí člověk počítat. 😉

• Soledad (4/5): No busques descanso - El apartamento esta cerca de la playa. El aeropuerto esta al lado.Si aprecias la tranquilidad y el descanso no lo podras disfrutar. Desde las seis de la mañana hasta las doce de la noche los aviones pasan cada diez minutos y el aislamiento es tan endeble que sientes el avion en la habitacion. Estuvimos un dia y nos fuimos a las siete de la mañana del dia siguiente porque si vas a descansar y a disfrutar no lo consigues.

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Meer, besonders hat uns der Meerblick von der Terrasse aus gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sauber& ist gut Ausgestattet. Es gibt Parkplätze und Überwachungskameras. Dort haben wir uns Sicher gefühlt. Mehr Spülmaschinen Tabs. Die Spülmaschine wäscht leider nicht richtig ab.

• Tetiana (9/5): Відпочинок в цих апартаментах пройшов на вищому рівні. Дякуємо власникам. Окремо ще дякуємо за те що коли був день висел - Комфортні апартаменти. Гарний вигляд на море. Тераса з прекрасним краєвидом. Чудове місце у дворі. Спортзал у підвальному приміщенні просто вразив. Можливість і позайматися на тренажерах , і подивитись телевізор. Приємна постільна білизна, подушки, гарні великі рушники. У спальні зручне двоспальне ліжко. Посуд на кухні, все що потрібно для приготування їжі. Добре що були рідини для прання і миття посуду. Ручна соковижималка. Тостер. Капсульна кавоварка. Все що треба для комфортного відпочинку. Сушилка для речей, фен, праска- супер.Дуже великий плюс у тому що якщо приїжджаєш раніше часу заселення, маєте змогу залишити речі у камерах схову які знаходяться у спортзалі. Це чудово! У вітальні розкладний диван вже потрібно замінити,провалюється. Не вистачало полички для того щоб повісити речі і рушники. Фен лежав просто біля умивальника. Теж не продумано. Не було для мила мильниці. Дрібниці, але не враховано для зручності.

• Anil (7/5): Providing a vacuum cleaner, better cleaning tools, a few more basic kitchen items, and at least one mirror outside the b - My recent stay at Alicante House was nice, and the location is excellent, especially being close to the beach. The owner was friendly and helpful, and overall the place was comfortable. Because the house is near the beach, sand gets inside very easily. There was no vacuum cleaner, only a small broom and mop, which made proper cleaning difficult. I had to clean twice a day to avoid having dusty feet when going to bed. The kitchen also had very limited utensils, such as not enough plates. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none outside, which was inconvenient. The bathroom can also get dirty quickly if not cleaned properly after each use.

Jemand hat geschrieben 80 Schritte, ich habe gezählt 74😅 Sehr freundliche Menschen zum Kontakt und behilflich. Flughafen in der Nähe, was hat gute Seite und Nachteil ( Fluglärm) Wir kommen wieder!! Bitte kontrollieren Sie immer Ausstattung, weil Wohnungen sind ausgestattet mit zwei Fernseher aber in Schlafzimmer waren keine Batterien, in Wohnzimmer waren beschädigt und leer. Aber das ist nur Kleinigkeit.

• *Mira (10/5): Rauhallinen, merenranta asunto - Kuvat vastaa todellisuutta, asunto on todella siisti, ja moderni. Se sijaitsee ihanalla, rauhallisella alueella, ihan meren rannalla. Alueella on mukavia ravintoloita, ja linja-autolla pääsee helposti (1,45€) keskustaan. Olimme etätöissä, ja netti riitti hyvin töihin. Aiemmissa arvosteluissa on jo kerottukin, ettei alueella ole kauppoja. Meitä se ei haitannut, koska meillä oli auto.
• Agata146 (10/5): - Piękne apartamenty,,wyposażone bardzo dobrze w pralkę, ekspres na kapsułki, toster itd. Idealny dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Budynek położony tuz przy szerokiej plazy Urbanova oraz przy deptaku, przy której jest kilka restauracji. Polecam Moments! Przepyszne jedzonko, a to tylko 3 minuty pieszo od apartamentu. Fajnie, że blisko znajduje sie przystanek, z którego autobusem nr 27 mozna dojechać do centrum. Trzeba dodac, ze jest to bardzo spokojna dzielnica, nie ma głośnych imprezek jak w centrum. Aa, i samoloty, ktore słychać dla nas byly akurat zaletą! No i widok bajka! Apartament na 10! Nie bylo takiej rzeczy, choć moze wygodniejsza kanapa by się przydala:)

• Aleksandra (10/5): - На берегу моря, красота Очень шумно из-за самолётов, далековато от центра без машины не обойтись.
• Hanna (8/5): - Områden låg mer avsides än vad vi hade räknat med, o därför sämre tillgång till restauranger och mataffärer. Dåligt städat, golvet var dammigt och smutsigt, inga batterier i fjärrkontrollerna vilket ledde till att tv inte kunde användas. Sen incheckning trots att rummet verkade vara klart mycket tidigare.
• Svitlana (10/5): Отлично провели время отдыха - На берегу моря. Прекрасний вид. Близько автобусная остановка для поездок в Аликанте. В апартаментах все удобно для проживания. Вечерами налетали комары
• Anita (10/5): I really enjoyed the stay! - In apartment is everything for comfortable stay! In a few minutes walk is mini market and restaurants. In a few minutes walk is bus stop. Bus Nr. 27 goes to Alicante centre. Ticket cost only 1,45 euros. Apartment was very clean. Clean and safe environment. Really appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage in the rest & sport room at the last day of our stay, as my flight was in late afternoon. So we can still spend time on the beach without our luggage, then took a shower and then went to the airport. The host Paola is very helpful. All good!

• Bobby (9/5): Our October visit. - Location of property to the beach. Property was lovely, the gym and toilets and showers were a great idea as well as luggage lockers. Paula the rep was also great and helpful. Beach is fab with lots of waves. Some lovely restaurants nearby which ere very nice but no bars or entertainment nearby. We coo a lot and some of the utensils were not good quality and having a cheese grater would be welcome.

• Oksana (9/5): Place recommended👌 - Really 20 meters to the beach! Nice well equipped new kitchen, nice terrace, good washing machine Our bathroom (apt.3) - wet zone and ceiling are really needed to be updated and repaired; sofa needs to be cleaned.
• Helena (9/5): Отличное место для пляжного отдыха - Понравилось Понравилось практически всё , кроме нескольких моментов .Самолёты которые взлетают и садятся прямо над вами, с раннего утра и до поздней ночи. Плохо работает посудомоечная машина.В остальном всё было замечательно .
• Cesar (9/5): - La singularidad del apartamento y lo bien aprovechado que está todo el espacio La luminosidad La cercanía a la playa La cocina totalmente equipada En la ducha se sale el agua Falta un armario de limpieza en la cocina para no tenerlo en la habitación El sofá cama está un poco sucio usado la tela de los asientos En la terraza falta una separación para tener algo de privacidad con el apartamento de al lado
