• Manoli (10/5): - La situación, y la terraza que era muy amplia La terraza no estaba montada, lo entiendo ya que ha llovido mucho y no es temporada. Quizás un poco de césped artificial en verano lo haría más acogedor y daría más sensación de nuevo.

• Svetlana (6/5): Central location but shabby - The location and the private space, the veranda. The beds were comfortable. The flat wasn't clean. The floors inside were dirty, lots of hair gathered in the bathroom, obviously missed corners, the cleaning seems to be very superficial. The veranda hasn't been brushed for a long time, covered with sand and dust, ants around inside and outside... A little bit of hand wash by one of the sinks, the other sink didn't have soap. There wasn't a bin in the bathroom, only one bin in the kitchen. No brush for us to use to clean the space. We stayed there for 4 nights and needed some tools for cleaning, like a brush or a sweeper. No proper mat by the front door, just a small dirty piece of foam with lots of hair and dirt on it. Very expensive accommodation for this quality.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Seville enchanted us and the place where we stayed allowed us to fully appreciate it. - The terrace is a big plus for this establishment. It is a wonderful place to spend time. It gives you privacy and the feeling of being part of the city life at the same time, it is also nice to have an extra living room on the terrace where you can hide from the sun. The apartment is close to all the important places, but very quiet. There are no crowds, no tourists passing under the window, but sometimes something interesting happens. For example, a wedding in the chapel opposite. Not far from the apartment is the iconic El Corte Ingles with a great supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. Good value for money. The bedroom and kitchen are quite small. As we spent most of our time on the terrace, we didn't mind. But the conditions are hardly suitable for people who need space and comfort around them. For example, there is no place to eat at the table. That space is on the terrace. There are also some air conditioners from other flats on the terrace. So if this bothers anyone, the terrace will not compensate for the relatively small size of the apartment. The terrace was sometimes cold in the evenings and light blankets would have been useful. Understandably, this is not a necessity in such a warm country, but it may be worthwhile to provide such blankets in case of cold weather. The building has two floors and the terrace is simply the roof, which is on the third floor. There is no lift. So you need to be in pretty good shape.

• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - Location, design of the apartment, the terrace Steep and quite narrow stairs to the apartment, but for Seville's center it's unsurprising
• Jean (8/5): I would stay there again - The location is perfect and the terraza should be incredible in the winter. The kitchen could have more tools and I missed a broom and mop. The shower area is very small, you have to be thin to feel comfortable.
