Important Information
By law in Barcelona, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to reenter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense.
Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR.
If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR.
Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set.
Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be canceled.
Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead.
Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment.
For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in.
As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel.
A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility.

(2/5): Ottima posizione, ma esperienza pessima. - The position was perfect for our plans: near to our business venue and served by means on transportation We only learnt on our arrival that there were very noisy maintenance works both outside the building (under our window) and in the flat upstairs, which made our stay terrible and deprived us of the rest we needed as we were travelling for work.
At arrival the window was open, because there was an unbearable stench of sewage (which came from the kitchen sink according to us), and in the room with the small window overlooking the light well, there was a constant stench of food and spices so strong that we couldn't open the window (there is a restaurant on the ground floor).
Not being able to use the kitchen, because it was awful even the idea of eating with that awful stench, we had to dine outside despite being tired and spending not-foreseen money.
After 24 hours, no one bothered to give us news on any action taken to resolve the problem: it turned out that the person in charge of check-in had not notified the owner nor the owner had not read either the message sent via the platform or via whatsapp.
On the evening of the second day, we were greeted by a huge cockroach, at which point we urged the owner.
The next morning, the power went out exactly after we had showered with shampoo and couldn't dry our hair, catching a cold.
Only at that point did the owner send an attendant to check on us while we were out of the house on business. The attendant cleaned the washing machine filter thinking it was coming from there, the smell diminished but never went away unfortunately. He also replaced the trap with sac roach deterrent and no more have entered, but we have lived with the fear of having more in the house. The light then came back on, because it had been caused by the work in progress.
Despite the owner's intervention, our stay was really awful and we would like to ask at least for a refund of the stay, given that we also spent money that was not foreseen and couldn't use the food bought planning to eat at home.
