The private balcony offers a breath of Berlin air, perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. A standout feature is the welcome handbook: clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful. It covered everything from house rules to nearby recommendations, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you're whipping up breakfast for seven or just fixing a late-night snack, everything you need is there. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. A metro station is just a short walk away, while a bus stop is practically at the doorstep. With a supermarket directly below and another just across the street, convenience is built into the experience. The apartment itself feels fresh and modern, yet homey, with comfortable bedding, sleek interiors, and a layout that makes sense. This place doesn’t just offer a place to stay, it offers a base to experience Berlin like you live there. One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is accessible only via a long flight of stairs, with no elevator in the building. After a full day of exploring Berlin, or hauling in luggage after a long flight, this can be a bit of a grind, especially for older guests or anyone travelling with heavy bags. It’s something that doesn’t detract from the quality of the apartment itself, but it’s definitely worth knowing ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.

- Günther (4/5): Günstiger Preis bei einem Aufenthalt mit Kompromissen. Für ältere Personen nur bedingt geeignet. - Es gab ausreichend Platz und die Küche war gut augestattet. Dachgeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl und keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. In der Badewanne fehlte der Ablaufverschluss und die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche war nur unzureichend einzustellen. Die Betten waren sehr einfach und nicht komfortabel.

Es wurde eine Wohnung in einem anderen Haus als gebucht übergeben. Es war eine Wohnung im 5 Stock. Vorher nicht ersichtlich. U-Bahnstation sollte vor Wohnung sein , war aber mehrere 100m entfernt. - Sheila (1/5): Pésima experiencia bookin debes controlar más a quien recomiendas - Nada No lo aconsejo hay que ir por las llaves a 3 km y tienes un gasto en monopatín extra fe 14 euros para el precio es mucho y jamas funciono el internet. Está en un nivel muy alto y no tiene elevador y con maletas y ninos es muy cansado, para tres noches, pague por 5 personas y un niño y solo me proporciono 2 rollos de papel, además estaba muy sucio, las camas están muy viejas, al quitar las sobre fundas de las almohadas están con sudor y babeadas.

- Beata (7/5): - Przestronne mieszkanie, 3 sypialnie, 7 pojedyńczych łóżek, wyposażona kuchnia ( zmywarka, lodówka, płyta elektryczna, naczynia), jadalnia z dużym stołem, salonik z wygodnymi kanapami i telewizorem. W łazience wanna, prysznic, pralka. Patio. Stara kamienica z wysokimi piętrami 3m, apartament mieści się na poddaszu -5 piętro, brak windy. Brudna ,nie wyremontowana klatka. Nie było internetu, po interwencji udostępniono ( b. szybki). Wnętrze apartamentu dość niedbale wyremontowane.
